- Phil LaFon (Phillip LaFon) gives Francine (Francine Fournier) a Tiger Driver and her dress rides up and her thong is visible when she is down on the mat.
- After Beulah McGillicutty (Trisa Hayes) busts open Bill Alfonso (see below), she removes her shirt and wrestles the rest of the match in a sports bra and her thong can be seen poking up from her pants.

- New Jack (Jerome Young), John Kronus, Buh Buh Ray Dudley (Mark LoMonaco) and D-Von Dudley (Devon Hughes) all bleed during their match. Guitars, crutches, a garbage can, a piece of steel, and other weapons are used. New Jack splashes D-Von through a table.
- The Sandman (Jim Fullington) makes himself bleed by smashing a beer can against his forehead during his entrance. He repeatedly hits Sabu (Terry Brunk) with a Singapore Cane. Sabu throws a fireball at the Sandman.
- Beulah McGillicutty busts Bill Alfonso open with a cookie sheet, causing him to lose 30% of his blood.
- Bam Bam Bigelow (Bam Bam Bigelow) throws Spike Dudley (Matt Hyson) into the crowd.
- As mentioned above, Phil LaFon gives Francine, a woman he outweighed by over 100 lbs., a Tiger Driver.
- Taz (Peter Senerchia) gives the Pitbulls' (Pitbull #1 (Gary Wolf) and Pitbull #2 (Anthony Durante)) manager Lance Wright a suplex out of a wheelchair, which he is in due to Taz attacking him in the parking lot before the show. When some police officers confront Taz, he takes down one of the policemen with an armbar, leading to many wrestlers running out to pull Taz off of the policeman and basically save Taz from himself.

- During the Shane Douglas-Phil LaFon match, Francine turns to the camera and says what can only be presumed to have been an entire sentence that gets bleeped out. Before the match, Doug Furnas calls Douglas a pussy.
- After Joel Gertner introduces D-Von Dudley, D-Von rhetorically asks, "Who's the man? Who's the man? Who's the fucking man?"
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- The Sandman drinks beer and smokes a cigarette as part of his entrance. As mentioned above, he makes himself bleed by smashing a beer can against his forehead.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Suffice to say that even Axl Rotten (Brian Knighton), who engaged in many sick, crazy brawls in his career, was seen visibly flinching at the violence between Beulah McGillicutty and Bill Alfonso during the Tommy Dreamer/Beulah-Rob Van Dam/Alfonso mixed tag match.
- The New Jack/John Kronus-Dudley Boys match and the Sandman-Sabu match could be considered shocking by anyone who has never seen that kind of match before. As ECW bragged, "It's not for everyone."
