Love of the British original and morbid curiosity kept me going in a slog through this mostly UNfunny season. They did finish on a relatively high note, largely due to booking Andrea Martin. As to the future, the show needs a reboot more than a renewal. A few of the guests like John Hodgman, Jordan Klepper and Michael Ian Black raised the bar, and could significantly improve the product as captains or recurring players if anyone wants to invest in an upgrade. If not, its demise will not be mourned by many viewers.
