One thing I'm curious about. The baking assistants. It seems each episode repeats the same footage of the baking assistants waving at the contestants. I think it's the same, because you rarely see footage of the two finalists and the baking assistants waving at each other in the same shot. Anyway, it was encouraging Matt (Frostings Bake Shop), one of the finalists, gracefully acknowledged his four assistants.
