After 14 episodes of absolutely nothing, here we go.

Warning: Spoilers
"The Drunk Train" closed up with something himym fans didn't expect. A replay (almost like that). The Ted-Robin "I Love You" was the series kicker, after all. So, taking into account what the writers have been doing (taking the easy road, not exploring the possibilities, stagnating absolutely every big aspect of the characters relationships) I particularly expected the relationship between those two to really grow, and then a month from here, falling apart with one of Ted's epiphanies. But then, the writers seem to have taken a stand. Ted's search for the one has been delayed for too long, and the removal of Robin's possibility of his life has created some ground for the next episodes to explore just that. (Even with that Marshall comment on the end). The scene where Ted goes out of the apartment and hundreds of women are using a yellow umbrella is what made me sure that we'll see Mrs. Mosby in less time than what we expected. Although it wasn't a funny episode, every big changing episode of HIMYM isn't. We'll just have to wait to see if the writers are about to close the door that was opened or dig deeper into it.

No Pressure (#7.17)

Warning: Spoilers
So in this episode they touch the possibility of Ted and Robin getting together again. But in a way it doesn't work out and it seems that the writers gave it a closure this way with Ted finally feels free. Or have they? If you think what Marshall said at the end. The writers of this show really like to mess with us.

I got to laugh a lot about the sex tape. As well as about all the bets Lily and Marshall were making. They sure are good friends, just a bit crazy ones. I also loved Barney telling Ted what happened with Robin and his way of dealing with it. But in a way I don't believe that it is over for them.

It Has It's Moments

There is some fun to be had in this episode. But the main plot is dull and a re run of what we have seen before, as Ted obsesses over Robin.

Plot In A Paragraph: Following Robin's break-up with Kevin and Ted's confession to her that he is still in love with her, Robin has much to think about as she is heading off on a business trip to Moscow. Robin leaves Ted with something to think about: a kiss and a vow to talk about their situation when she returns. But when Ted turns to Marshall and Lily for advice, Marshall offers words of encouragement and Lily offer a declaration that he and Robin were never meant to be together. (with a little help from Barney) Ted discovers why Marshall and Lily are often on different sides of an argument. Meanwhile, Barney searches high and low through Marshall and Lily's house for a videotape of them having sex.

Barney searching for the sex tape was the highlight of the episode (Well actually Alyson Hannigan in lingerie was the real highlight of the episode) and Lily and Marshall's bets were fun too, but sadly the main story of Robin and Ted was dull and quite frankly bored me.

This season has had some great episodes, but it seems to have lost its way of late!!

One of the best episode of HIMYM
skyway313123 March 2012
Actually this seasons a few episodes of how i met your mother doesn't give me what i expect actually( i don't know, maybe because of Hımym greatness my expectations gone up) but this episode and episode 16 not one of that episodes. This episode started a big question 'what will Robin says to Ted.In the beginning looks like a new start for Robin and Ted but in the end Ted find out what he wants?he doesn't want to a wife who doesn't love with him.He wants to a real love between him and her.Other hand this episode was really extraordinary,as fun and creactivity. There's no a little overrated act in this episode.Robin and Ted's deal-if we don't find anybody until 40 we'll marry each to other-a set for show(because show couldn't go over 5-6 years more)because we all know from first episode Robin wasn't the mother but the other hand there was a deal.Creators-i don't know how many seasons they wanna go? but- break that set very cleverly.

I mean you clear it out a lot of things 1-Ted won't marry Robin 2-Barney doesn't wanna be with Robin 3-Ted breaks a wall for reach out love of his life and that episode doesn't give a little bit tolorate no fun nor creactivity.I mean what can expect more a 20 minutes sit-com. Thanks guys.

Enjoy while you can

I love this series. My first ever sitcom (and i watched a lot others till now) but it's my fav anyway, and I think it will be. This ep definetly one of the best ep ever for me. Sometimes I see people trying to go through everything like they're Emmy Awards fudges (I'm an artist myself and believe me I'm not a stupid one lol) so maybe enjoy while you can and laugh or even daydream because maybe this could be the last day of your life. Enjoy while you can.
