Terrible finale

Don't get me wrong, I really loved the series as whole, it had great characters, interactions, monsters, intrigue etc. But this is not how you end your season. This would work as a penultimate episode at best, not a finale! I did not expect that we would get the answers to everything but this was rather unexpected! The fate of Robin was the least interesting of all plotlines and we did not even get a final conclusion for that. We got no resolution to almost any open plotline, no explanation to many things, new questions raised and a weird change of tone after the terrible thing that happened last episode. And now we have to wait at a minimum a year for the next episode??? What a disappointment.

Bad writing on this episode

This series has many promising aspects. But on this episode it flopped very hard. How can a logical person (in this case a whole production) let Kiruko (the female lead) act this way after what she suffered at the end of last episode? On top of that horrendous act, we are informed on this last episode she was there for more than 48h... I am not complaining for what happened to her, although I will say it was made just for shock value, which is dumb at this point. My complain is about the consequences this horrendous leaves, she should be DEVASTATED, Maru (male lead) should have DESTROYED him (Robin), she shouldn't be laughing or helping Robin at the end. It's just outrageous to write the story like this. Are they minimizing the repercussions of what just happened? Yes, that's why I give it a 3 out of 10.
