I was pleasantly surprised to see Coulter respectful and about 35% less odious than usual. THIS Coulter I would consider listening to, so long as she gets the facts from factual sources. I'm glad Maher let you back on the show. This particular episode was especially appealing because of the inclusion of academic researcher, Jeane Twenge, author of "Generations" and a half dozen other fantastic books on the subject generation studies. For at least three decades, Twenge has studied the differences between generations at the same moments of their lives. After nearly four decades of research and study, Twenge wrote "Generations" which looks at the differences between the six generations alive in modern America: Silents, Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, Gen Z, and Polars (Gen Alpha). And what she observes is that more than upbringing or religion or politics or social factors: Technology has influenced the differences between generations more than any other factor. Van Jones was level-headed and professional. I always appreciate his perspectives. Great show overall and I highly recommend! HIGHLY recommend Twenge's book!

Just watch New Rules

An otherwise good show ruined by Ann Coulter. I hope Bill does not invite her back on the show, she was insufferable. Every time Ann speaks, she spreads misinformation or conspiracy theories. Although she does give Bill Maher and Van Jones some time to speak, she still talks over them and tries to get the last word in.
The opening guest was interesting. She talked about generational differences. It was nice to have an academic on as a guest rather than another politician for a change.
If you are to watch this episode, just watch New Rules on YouTube. It was one of the better segments so far this season.

It was a boring episode overall.
1st guest. Eh. No clue. Nothing that drew me in. Best part was how short it was.
Ann Coulter. Ha. Last time I heard from her she was getting roasted on comedy central.
Van Jones... he's so inconsequential.
He'll make a good point here and there, but he needs to work on his persuasive delivery cuz it ain't good.
It was interesting to see Coulter and Maher and Jones go back and forth...and Bill had trouble getting a word in here and there.
I had given up hope for the show...but the new rules bit was very good.
I need to go watch it again.
Lot of good stuff in it.
It has been a while since it was a mediocre show but a good new rules.
