This episode marks the start of a new and a filler arc that is, Caeser Retrieval Arc. The antagonist seem to have a similar ability as Doflamingo. Anyways, it surely looks interesting.
Caeser is kidnapped from his kidnappers by a new filler antagonist. Luffy is reunited with an unusual friend.
Firstly, I do not read manga, but I got to know from Wikia that this is a filler arc. For a filler arc it does looks to be interesting and does not breaks the continuity or create plot holes. But even though Luffy and Law seem to be dropping their guard very easily, which is very rare for someone like Law. It will be interesting to see how they get themselves out of the situation they have got into.
Direction/Animation: Nice.
Story/Screenplay: Average.
