Entertaining, with an amazing ending
rikishifatu14 June 2014
Beautiful ending to a very entertaining first season of a wee production. Enjoyed and sad it's over. Anticipated for the next season, hope it is as good and maybe with a better cast too, who knows? I have to admit that when I first started watching I was actually only watching it for one of my all-time favorites WWE wrestlers, Piper, but I really connected with the stars, episode by episode. It might seem quite boring at first, but when the tensions begin you can't get enough. I really learned a lot about some of the huge legends of pro-wrestling and started to care about some of them who I really didn't care about. There are hilarious, sad, annoying, weird etc. moments, it's just an amazing mixture but mostly it's funny and entertaining. Do you care about WWE Legends? Then I can suggest you to watch Legends House, I can almost guarantee that you won't get disappointed.

Rewatched in 2022

Ill with covid, so thought I'd rewatch.

I forgot how good this is, anyone who knows who these people are need to watch!

Such a shame so many of the cast have since passed.

And there's 1 episode and no spoilers but if you're any kind of wrestling fan you'll be crying your eyes out!

So real

When I first saw the advertisement for the WWE Legends'house I thought that the series would be quite boring and/or full with old jokes. The only reason I started watching is because I wanted to learn a bit more about these 8 guys that I barely knew. Not to mention that none of them can even get close to my top 10 all time favorites. So I saw the first episode and then the second and day by day I watched all of them. And I was stunned. There were a lot of bad and old jokes, a lot of boring stuff but I didn't even notice this cause I was able to see within these people who gave away their lives for the business. I was able to understand their thinking, their being. It can't be explained. It's a feeling that you get only if you watch the episodes. Can't really describe the emotions that I am left with after finishing the season. See the show, you won't regret it!

Great Show with Great People

Warning: Spoilers
WWE Legends House is a fantastic show. The relationships between the former coworkers and friends come out in tension, fun and even some bromance. Personally, I really liked the old friendship of Pat Patterson and Gene Oakerland as the lushes of the group. Jimmy Hart gets picked on a bit but he is still as entertaining as he was 30 years ago! Hacksaw Him Duggan and Roddy Piper form a new friendship, Hillbilly Jim is just along for the ride but provides lots of fun and a very strange way of wearing a shirt. Howard Finkel is very sweet and quiet most of the time, which is the exact opposite of the way Tony Atlas is made out to be. The challenges are fun and there are definitely some times you roll your eyes, but it's just plain enjoyable. The ending is incredibly emotional, FYI. Thank you WWE for airing this!

A great view into the wrestling personalities that we grew up watching on TV
BOSSC35115 December 2020
And in a matter of 6 years time we have lost have of the cast of the show. Mean Gene, Roddy Piper, Howard Finkel, and Pat Patterson have since passed on. It is a treasure to be able to watch this collection of episodes and is a real gift to the inner WWF fan of us wrestling fanatics who grew up watching these entertainers on TV.

A must watch for 80s/hardcore wrestling fans and people who like reality shows.

Very late to watching this, but this hits all the boxes in what a good show about has-been wrestlers, set in a reality show format. We need a season 2 of this, WWE!
