Game constantly crashes on Xbox one

I've started I don't know how many new games due to the game hard crashing back to the Xbox menu screen. Seems like an okay game, but I'm getting a refund after 4 hours of playing and the game crashing about 6-8 times. Sorry that don't cut it for me.
