Great kdrama until the last episode
mrayanahmad5 February 2018
I really really loved this kdrama till the second last episode, after which the last episode ruined the entire experience (anticlimactic ending). I think one reason that I felt this way at the end is because the character development was a bit lacking.

This drama had the WORST HAPPYY ENDING EVEERRRR!!!! There were a lot of questions which were unanswered in the end. Also the end of love triangle the was really annoying.

Good enough

Warning: Spoilers
It's the catchy story that will make you watch this drama : a girl takes the place of her privileged twin sister and pretends to be her. Though there is more to this drama than the twin sister story. Sure, it's interesting to see if she will get caught and how she manages to survive in a world that's far from the one she grew up into. But the main interest is the bulling. In this drama, it is handled carefully. showing all the forms that is can take and all its results. And for me, that was the best part of the drama. The love story, actually the love triangle that it develops between the girl, her sister's best friend, and the outcast of her high school, is really good, but it fails to be completed, as the final episode leaves you a little confused. But, other than that it's a good drama, with quick pace and interesting theme.

It's not over yet

An orphan replaces her twin sister at a city school after being bullied in the village where she lived, real problems begin when the bully is transferred to her new school. An entertaining series but characters lack any real depth, I personally didn't mind the ending but it seems to annoy a lot of people. I think as even though it left a lot of questions unanswered that is part of growing up, and the answers will come in time.

Loved it !!

One of my favorite kdramas . I hesitated to watch at first but it talks about lots of important issues. And i learned a lot while enjoying it. Btw Kim So Hyun's acting skills are really good. She plays two different characters and you can understand who that is just by looking at her looks. I higly recommend it.

Love this

It's literally so good this kdrama is so catchy and the cast is so talented. The chemistry between the girl protagonist and the barely 2nd lead is extraordinary they fit so good together and make each-other happy. They never judged each other and always accepted one another.

The best "school" drama in the series so far.
afshan-9990210 June 2019
I watched this drama long back, i think thid was the 2nd or 3rd kdrama i ever watched. However i remember really enjoying it and the plot twists were really nice. The actors including the side actors and supporting role carried out their parts very nicely. This drama touched on many important topics as well. However, the ending left me a little unsatisfied and felt rushed. The ending part about the love triangle could have been written a bit differently.

It's okay...!

I am not one of the people who watch dramas a lot but I was bored, I started this one by chance and I appreciate it, it shows you the reality of being a student not only with love dramas as everyone paints but of being human and being afraid.

Who Are You: School 2015

How would you react if your girlfriend started behaving differently, and one day you realize that she has been replaced by her twin sister? This is a possible scenario in the Korean high-school drama Who Are You? Or should we replace the lame title and call it Gagnam Mean Girls?

It is a typical body-swap story, just that no magic is needed. This kind of story is often comedic, but there are a few dark ones. This one has such relentless bullying, misery, and oppression that you'll never want to go back to school again.

There is also a tiny bit of romance, and a mystery, so avoid spoilers at all costs.

It can be good to know that there are other shows with similar names: School 2013, School 2017, and School 2021, that have a similar setting but different characters.

Seven years may not seem much, but with the rapid development of Asian TV, this show already feels old. The visuals have not aged well, and the editing is not the tightest, giving it a slower tempo than the super-polished shows of 2022. Yet it is short, and every episode moves the plot forward, without dragging things out too much.

If you have watched any asian high-school drama, you may know which tropes to expect, what forms the bullying will take etc. Who Are You still has some ideas of its own. The point of a body-switch story is to see a person taking up a new role in a new environment. Here it also has to be done without getting discovered.

Both sisters are played by the same actress, so don't expect them to be seen together often. They are so lost and pitiful alone, but their indirect interaction through flashbacks and diaries etc. Has more chemistry than the romance story. If they could only team up, they would take over the world.

I wonder if the theme song Reset is even more popular than the TV show.

Ending annoyed me.
deepu-9610028 May 2021
I usually don't watch K dramas, some things I found great in the show how the main actress found herself and stood up to the people who wronged her I mean it's a good message but still they didn't stood up to the purpose of delivering a drama which you feel like was actually good it was okay but this is not the only purpose of a drama u needed to at least explain the things along the way ending, well was really annoying and confusing I hated it that's all I have to say about it.

I love this serie
ronniandrewreitan12 November 2023
I would highly recommend this series.

It makes you think about what life can bring in both bad and good times.

This is a strong series that tells about orphans, arguments, bullying and what money can do to people.

Kim So-hyun does a great role in this series, and especially when she plays 2 roles in this series, it is strong to play both her own role but also her twin sister in this series.

You see what happened to her before and after her memory loss. She was bullied before she lost her memory, and we see how she builds up to become a strong and independent girl after her memory loss.

The person who bullied her before the memory loss also moves school, and starts at the school Lee Eun-Bi/Go Eun-byul (Kim So-hyun) attends. That girl is also trying to control the situation at that school, but here we see that Lee Eun-Bi/Go Eun-byul's classmates stand up before her.

I would give this series the best rating, and Kim So-hyun in particular should be highly praised for her role.

Draggy
phd_travel8 February 2021
The story isn't enough to sustain 16 episodes. Bullying is done to death in K dramas. The twin switch is okay for a few episodes but not for 16. Kim so Hyun isn't different enough in the 2 characters. Early role of Nam Joo Hyuk. Draggy

Awesome
kweenphoenix15 January 2024
I was satisfied in overall. I really liked the story. The idea is very amusing for me. And the casts, they were really awesome portraying their roles. Two thumbs up for Kim So-Hyun. She did her best for two different roles and she was really great, very flexible. Everything was really great. Even so for the supporting roles, Yook Sung-jae and Nam Joo-Hyuk are great help for the lead star So-Hyun to be different from the two roles. They were really really awesome! And lastly, Soo-Hyang convinced us that she is a perfect pick for the role she portrayed. She did her job very well and acted it how it should be.
