If you want to dump someone ...

...... don't tell them in the middle of nowhere, do it at a gasstation without giving them a heads up, or leave them a note explaining why you dumped them if you must.

Especially if he dumpee is a guy you met in prison, who forced you to be his "mate" and gives you a vibe that if you do not do what he says, he might do you harm or even worse, he might kill you.

But it wouldn't be a scary scene in a quite entertaining horror series if you did.

It's a more logical series that American Horror Story, seasons and episodes are not all equally good and some decisions by the main characters are questionable but if the characters used common sense, this series wouldn't exist.

Season 2 - Episode 4

Annoying gun stuff.

First, I like this series up to this point and I liked the first season.

Do people that know anything about pistols handle them this way? Hopefully not.

If you don't know anything about them, I suspect that you would be even more careful. They pass this gun around like it's a toy. Of course, it is. Is this just bad directing or lack of technical expertise on the set?

Would you pull on a pistol after handing it to someone with the barrel pointed towards you?

OK, so this is a pistol (aka Semi-Automatic Handgun). This one looks like a Glock, but in any case, it is a striker fired pistol.

First, if you don't know, 99.9% of people that carry these types of weapons have a bullet in the chamber at all times expect when in storage. Yes, I know about the Israeli scenario.

So, they've passed this gun around between people multiple times. Did anyone ever check to see if it was loaded and did/didn't have a round in the chamber?

I know you seen this a thousand times and in this show too, they rack the slide before going into action, even after they been shooting the gun. Hello, there's either one in the chamber already or the gun is empty, in which case, the slide on this Glock would have locked back.

Right after Peter enters the camper with the pistol, a cocking sound is heard. Wow, he sounds ready! Except, that gun does not have a hammer. You can't cock it with your thumb.

Raped

In a flashback from 1 year ago we see Glenn in a gym. Renée found Antoine his dead body in the barn caped in blood and ripped apart. Renée is in a deep shock. A anonymous traveler Megan arrives at the house, Peter thinks that the killer arrived but it is just a traveler. Renée knocked her down with a Buddha, she is unconscious. Noah found blood at the camper he thinks it is Glenn's blood, but he got ubducted by the killer. In a flashback we see that Glenn killed his friend R.G, is it his blood at the camper. Glenn ubducted Noah to his bus. Megan tries to attack Dawn but puked on the ground and goes crazy, Megan drops herself trough the wall and dies because of a poison in her food. Peter found R.G his body. Glenn rapes Noah in the last scene. Solid episode of Slasher Season 2, i like this show it is not as good as Scream but it is watchable.

The killer and other predators

Glenn turned out to have escaped from jail and he found her mate in the jail who was actually planning to be a part of the community and killed her after kissing him and getting rejected by him and arrived to the house under false pretenses. A woman named Megan who wore almost the same things as the killers was seen near the house and she was actually a hiker but Renee assaulted her because she was mad that she saw Antoine in the chest chopped up to pieces. Noah escaped from the window and went to the trailer to see the dead body of the ex mate of Glenn in the freezer. Keira and peter also saw the body but Glenn kidnapped Noah and tied him in an old school bus and raper him which was a very sad scene to watch. And Megan was poisoned at the dinner. They found poisonous mushroom in her bowl and mark and others blame dawn because she prepared dinner.

TW gay rape at the end

I was enjoying this episode even though it was about one of the most unlikeable characters, Glenn. Giving him backstory did not make him any better either, I think it actually made him even more unlikeable. Which is why I was expecting him to die in this episode, but he didn't and that's actually a disappointment considering how awful the ending was. Considering that this is supposed to be a kind and intentional community, a lot of these ppl are turning out to be pretty violent. Renee loses her cool and attacks some stranger who then dies, and it's not clear who caused this death, if it was the killer or someone else. So this could be an episode where the killer wasn't even involved in the death and horror, since everyone has gotten paranoid and crazy and violent towards each other. I would recommend skipping the ending bc it is unpleasant and I would have given this episode an 8/10 if it weren't for the rape.
