Race-baiting is the name of the game in this "comedic" third volume of a forgotten IR series of yesteryear.
An unnamed actress (NonSex) plays Dr. Wally, explaining to us in racially charged terms how white fellows are inferior to Black studs, primarily due to dick size, and presents four vignettes on how wives can only be satisfied by the latter. It's a variation on the still-popular (if cryptic) cuckold genre in porn.
Dr. Wally frequently interrupts the action, and has the actors freeze in place awkwardly while she tells us the finer points of what's going on. Overall it's a demeaning version of a Margaret Mead anthropological documentary, the kind that visits indigenous folk in Papa New Guinea or the Amazon rain forest and comments on their behavior with insulting condescension.
From a commercial point-of-view Sapphire is the draw here, quite convincingly underage looking though I'm quite sure she has the papers to disprove it in reality (no child porn, of course).
