Nice
10 June 2021
I watched it again, and I still liked it. I know it isn't the most fun or awesome film, and I would probably share another movie with a friend instead of this one. However, I really like this movie and I got into reading Dark Horse comics because of it.

The Mark

I watched this when I couldn't bear to watch any horror films.

This did the trick for me.

The movie was entertaining for me, had funny moments, a Genie, and ducks.

I like it. I even like it better than The Avengers.

I Really Like It
3 June 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I think it is my favorite episode so far. I really liked Jeremy as a villain, and I loved the fight between Jeremy and Ryan. One of the only things I didn't like was that I felt like that it was too short, but it is the same length as the other episodes so it makes sense. The other only thing I didn't like was that Ryan didn't respect how cool Jeremy was, because Jeremy nearly killed him and that gets respect from me.

I just feel like that Ryan is the worse sort of Liefeld hero type, because he is fight-based and for some reason appalls smart-thinking even though being smart keeps you alive. Jeremy nearly killed Ryan because he was clever and had researched Ryan's attack patterns, and that is what a smart fighter does.

So, Jeremy is my favorite villain from this series, and Ryan is my least liked character. Ryan really grinds my gears, because Rob Liefeld's heroes at least have powers to give their arrogance merit (yes, I said that), but Ryan has only a suit and his karate training, which is cool, but if his arrogance stems from him being able to fight well and be more privileged by getting a suit that powers him, then I have a problem with that. Badrock's arrogance, though irksome to me, can make sense because after becoming rock-like his teenage brain starts getting weird ideas of him being awesome and since he is part of Youngblood he feels entitled to having a good time and feeling superior to others, which I don't agree with, but I think he's written better than Ryan. Ryan just kind of mocks his enemies, which seems out of place to me, because Ryan loses his fights half of the time. How is Ryan so arrogant and stupid? I find it funny that sometimes he is like "is that the best you can do?" and then gets beaten up. I hate Ryan, I prefer J. B., Jeremy, and Wolverine from X-Men. Wolverine can be as flawed as he wants in my mind, at least he has a reason to be flawed while Ryan is supposed to be a goodie shoe-guy yet likes to mock people.

9.76/10.

Adressing

Warning: Spoilers
It was a pretty gross episode, and the lead up wasn't to my liking, but I still liked the climatic scene and J. B.'s fight with Gunslinger. I liked this episode a little more than the previous one, but not by much because of the gross stuff.

I also liked how Ryan said "Another one bites the dust."

Wouldn't Call It Unique or Special
30 May 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I never liked Ron Perlman, though I have liked things where he acted in. I must say, this arguably cliché-messy goof flick has many inconsistencies, predictable turns, details that take me out of the moment, and a romance subplot that really ground my gears. I still don't understand how Abe Sapien uses his powers, and how he didn't know the professor has dying sooner since shouldn't he have known.

The concept, is based on a comic, which was a whole lot better received and given huge praise, is an interesting premise, though it isn't interesting for everyone, it was seemingly executed better in the comic. The flick has CGI that aged poorly, though I think it looks okay for it's time. The corny dialogue feels out of place to me, though I have to say I liked the humor better in the 2019 version. That could seem strange to you, but I felt like the 2019 movie had a good mix of serious and humor in it, while this 2004 flick feels to me to have a bad mix of seriousness and silly.

I have spoken.

How I See It
29 May 2021
Season 13 may very well be as awful as season 7. I feel that these two episodes have no spark or appeal, except for the animation. I have seen things that have what I find to be odd acting or bad writing, but even with the considerably well performances the episodes didn't once get me laughing and I never want to continue this. I can't see the season getting better.

I Felt Alive

It isn't my favorite, but the sexy girls and arguably funny dialogue kept me entertained. The end felt rewarding and I recommend it.

A Classic
23 May 2021
I am not afraid to see this as a classic. If you like comedy then maybe consider trying this out. The gags had me falling off chairs upon the bears of scary hairs of snares.

I Don't Like It
22 May 2021
I didn't like how Oliver Queen and the canaries were written, I really don't get it. I know many people love it, but I don't. During season 3 I hated it, but I kept going, and season 4 had me feeling bare bones. Season 5, I admit, seemed to me to be pretty good. Seasons 6 to 8 had me feeling angry. Yes, maybe I should have stopped watching, but I wanted to know why people love it.

I don't love the newer seasons, but 1, 2, and 5 do have me feeling excited. I think Amell did well, and Ramsey, but overall I think the show was not that good. I honestly wish it had ended sooner. Though, give it a try if you want.

So...
22 May 2021
I have to be honest, I love the movie.

I really like Milla Jovovich, Ian McShane, David Harbour, Neil Marshall, and Daniel Dae Kim. I found their performances to be very nice, and though I did find some things weird about some narration choices, I did find them to be delightful still. I really liked the CGI.

I laughed, cried, felt uncomfortable, and at ease during this film. I love the movie.
