Road Head (2020)
5/10
The ending is nice actually
28 December 2023
Road Head hits the road with good intentions but gets lost in a sea of mediocrity. The film struggles to find its rhythm, delivering a lackluster experience for most of its runtime. Despite this, it's not an entirely disastrous journey. The storyline meanders, leaning heavily on tired tropes and predictable moments that fail to ignite much excitement. The attempts at humor often fall flat, leaving viewers craving more depth and originality.

However, just when all hope seems lost, the film takes an unexpected turn in its final stretch. The ending emerges as a surprising beacon of humor, injecting a much-needed dose of laughs that the rest of the movie sorely lacked. It's a saving grace that rescues the film from being a complete write-off.

While Road Head might struggle to keep viewers engaged throughout, its redeeming quality lies in the humor of its conclusion. For those willing to endure a bumpy ride, the payoff at the end might just be worth the journey.

I really don't understand these ratings
17 December 2023
Three Summer Night is a film that combines humor and fun, leaving viewers thoroughly entertained. The film's delightful and humorous narrative unfolds over three nights, showcasing a blend of comedy and engaging storytelling. Despite some low ratings, the movie manages to deliver a fantastic experience filled with laughter and entertainment.

The comedy is a standout feature, creating moments that resonate long after the film ends. The characters' antics and the situations they find themselves in are relatable yet incredibly amusing. The chemistry among the cast members brings an extra layer of authenticity to the humor, making the movie an enjoyable watch.

Despite the low ratings, the movie's charm and the sheer entertainment it offers make it a must-watch. I wholeheartedly recommend Three Summer Night to anyone seeking a lighthearted and amusing cinematic experience. Audiences are sure to have a blast immersing themselves in the fun and hilarity this film has to offer.

Frasier (2023– )
5/10
David Hyde Pierce should have been part of it
13 December 2023
The absence of David Hyde Pierce in the Frasier reboot is a significant factor impacting its essence. Pierce's portrayal of Niles Crane in the original series was pivotal, offering a unique dynamic that contributed to the show's success. His chemistry with Kelsey Grammer's Frasier was unparalleled, creating iconic moments through their sibling banter and impeccable comedic timing.

The reboot's void without Pierce's Niles is palpable. Niles was not just a character; he embodied a crucial part of the show's DNA. His neurotic tendencies, sophisticated wit, and intricate relationships with other characters added depth and humor to the series.

The absence of Pierce's character alters the show's dynamics, leaving a noticeable void that affects the reboot's overall charm. While the new cast may bring fresh elements, the absence of this integral character is difficult to overlook. It's akin to a symphony missing a crucial instrument; the melody might still be present, but the richness and depth are undeniably diminished.

Despite the reboot's attempts to capture the essence of the original Frasier, the absence of David Hyde Pierce's Niles leaves fans reminiscing about the golden moments that defined the show. The reboot might have its merits, but the absence of such a pivotal character significantly impacts its ability to recapture the magic of the original series.

So realistic, it's amazing, the two leading actors are perfect, the plot is amazing, I have watched the whole 10 episodes in one go.

The ending was great.

Amazing series
14 August 2021
That was truly an amazing series, it kept me on my toes from start to end, the acting of the cast was splendid specially lee Jin hee, yoo seon ho and heo jun ho.

If you're looking for a thrilling series that keeps you excited to know what happens next, then this one is for you.

It's not Mouse or Stranger, but it's the next best thing.

A very underrated series
1 July 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I have no clue what were those people who rated this series 1 star thinking or expecting, this series was a solid, entertaining and enjoyable.

People were complaining that it contains lots of violence, it doesn't, the violence was according to its story line and wasn't much, it's no John Wick!

Maybe people were expecting a love story or a romantic series and were disappointed that it wasn't.

The IMDb rating for this series is really not fair at all.

All the actors with no exception filled their roles amazingly, wether the good guy or the bad guys, they were all amazing.

The story is addictive, I watched all the 16 episodes in 2 days, it really keeps you on the edge, the suspense, and the way the plot/ mysteries gets revealed are quite impressive.

The ending was very satisfactory and perfect.

Simply put, this was one of the very few series that I actually really enjoyed and would surely not hesitate to watch again.

Taxi Driver (2021– )

It was entertaining but highly overrated
26 June 2021
I enjoyed this series, but to be honest it was quite overrated by its rating, it doesn't deserve an 8+, the plot was ok but the cases were not that interesting, and furthermore the 4 main leads are supposed to be average everyday people with unfortunate incident that took place in the life earlier, who had no prior training; so how are we supposed to believe how meticulous they were in planning and executing revenge plots on behalf of their so called clients on the culprits, and furthermore the way clients "find" this so called taxi revenge service was a joke, it doesn't make sense.

However if you ha e much time on your hand go watch it, the main lead actor was not bad.

If you really want to enjoy a series go watch Mouse, that one deserves an easy 9.

Kevin was a jerk
29 May 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I believe her boyfriend Kevin was a real jerk, he manipulated her and played on her weakness and lead her to share things with him that might not even be true, the so called confession to gain fame, he's an opportunist jerk who was purely taking advantage of that poor woman, I don't believe she intended to have her husband killed. She was an abused woman who felt it's ok for her to die in that accident, she was under heavy medication as well, she should be treated not sent to prison, I also still feel she didn't deserve the 7 years sentence she got at all, so odd. The whole thing is odd.

Quite an interesting and enjoyable series
4 May 2021
I finished the first season in one sit, it was quite interesting and not a bit boring, kept me glued to my tv till the end.

The plot was amazing, the actors were creatively selected each for his or her role, the acting was great, mosses role was outstanding, I hope he'll have more screen time in the upcoming seasons, the duke was great and Eliza was excellent.

Can't wait for season 2, and more seasons, I wish they have more episodes in each season, at least 12 or 16 instead of 6.

It somehow reminded me of the set of Murdoch mysteries however the plot was more darker in here, and I extremely enjoyed it.

I highly recommend this to anyone.

19 April 2021

The lead actors were great, the plot was amazing, I enjoyed the movie from its first minute up until the credits start rolling, both Jae Hong ahn and Dong Yeong Kim were great to watch.

Very odd and weird reviews here!!!
15 April 2021
I can't understand why people are so odd and weird in their reviews, why are they INSISTING that there should be a romantic relationship between the girl and the lawyer in order for the movie to be an appealing one?? So freaking odd! The girl in not even 16 for gods sake, and the man is in his mid 40's; jeez!

I find the story quite interesting, the acting of main lead actors was great, I truly enjoyed the movie and had learnt many things about autism and their struggles.

It was very touching story, and the ending was great.

This movie is not a romantic genre, it's a drama and quite a lovely one, if you people are expecting some romance go watch another movie, otherwise I suggest you watch this, I really enjoyed it.

18 May 2020
When I first came across this movie, I never expected much, but what a movie it turned out to be. The performance of Sarah Bolger was outstanding! The plot was great, it kept me on my toes since its start till the very end, specially the last 15 minutes; they were mind blowing. Watch it now! You'll never regret.

12 May 2020
Ignore the negative review - this is an excellent prequel, and a great background story on how it all started. I enjoyed it a lot, I think most of the people rating here thought this is a spin-off or a sequel. Watch it you'll surely love it if you are a cold prey fan!

17 December 2019
This is without a doubt one of the best action thriller Korean movies I had ever watched, the story is amazing, the fight scenes are extraordinary and the acting is superb, can't really wait for the 2021 part two to be released. All main characters were outstanding specially the lead actress, the role fits her right. I'm not going to write any spoilers, just simply go & Watch it now.

This movie is a must watch
8 December 2019
I bought this movie 6 months ago, however I was not in a hurry to watch it after I noticed the 6.0 rating on IMDB, however Finally I decided to watch it (today) I was completely blasted by it and I wish there would be more sequels of it. The story was great, the acting was great, and the fighting scenes were AMZING, I was entirely hooked to it, the ending was so satisfying. South Korea is really great in making movies, I've been watching SK movies lately, it's addictive! Watch this movie now.

I'm so shocked!
26 November 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Donna Fryman is guilty, I can believe she was acquitted, she killed her husband in cold blood, and then tormented him instead of getting help, I can't believe the justice system in the Us let her walk free, she simply murdered someone and got away with it. This woman deserves at least life without parole, such a shame. She could have helped her husband recovering from alcohol and drugs instead of killing him after 17 years of marriage. I'm giving this episode 4 stars only since I was so furious watching her walk free!

Highly engaging movie
11 October 2019
This movie was such a treat, it engages you from the first minute till it's last scene. Ma Dong-Seok's performance was extraordinary and impressive. It's not one of those dark serial killer movies that Korean cinema is known for, however it's a great movie filled with great chases, tense moments, laughs and but will surely keep you on the edge of your seat. Furthermore what makes it more interesting is that it's based on true events. If you are into Korean cinema, this movie is a must watch.

I believe she is innocent
6 October 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Having watched this episode, I truly believe Rebecca is innocent, all the case is circumstantial and not based on facts. She didn't have anything to gain from killing her husband, no DNA was found, no gun shot residue, all what the prosecutor had was a lame statement from her ex BF (who is serving time and looking for a deal) claiming she once held a knife against him and threatened him to kill him like her husband, I find this hard to believe. I feel sorry for Rebecca I truly believe justice was not served here, hope she gets another chance to prove her innocence. Furthermore i was really disappointed with her mother.

The family's doubts about Kevin prolonged the investigation
5 October 2019
Warning: Spoilers
The family's doubts about Kevin Had played a major role why it took 8 years to find Dena's real killer, the main focus was on Kevin (her ex BF) that the Real killer (russel) had slipped this whole time. They shouldn't have done so and assumed Kevin was the killer, just because he had a temper doesn't mean he is a murderer! I feel sad it took that long to find Dena's remains, it could have been solved during the first week if her family hadn't planted all these doubts about Kevin to the cops.

Nowhere near the original and it's remakes
14 September 2019
This movie reboot was nowhere near its original and it's remakes, in this movie chucky lost its essence, mark hamil is a great actor but did a poor job voicing chucky, Brad Dourif did a much better job, at least he was able to make chucky sound creepy yet funny, even the doll (chucky) doesn't look creepy enough, the plot in the remake is also weak, the killing scenes are not at all creepy, as if I'm watching a PG 13 movie, the acting of all the supporting actors was weak, with the exception of the main 2 actors (the mom and her son) they were fine. I was expecting a much better remake, with all the technology available, we are in 2019 already, but unfortunately it really failed to deliver. If you have time on your hand, watch it, otherwise don't bother.

He could have been alive
29 August 2019
Warning: Spoilers
I believe if the father didn't inform the FBI, the kid would have been alive, I believe the kidnappers knew that the cops/ FBI were on to them, and that's why they decided to ditch the ransom money and ended up killing him instead, otherwise I believe they would have let him go after taking the ransom money. It's sad.

Justice was not served!
22 August 2019
Warning: Spoilers
I believe Warren is innocent, this episode demonstrates how justice sometimes condemn the innocent. All the the evidence were purely circumstantial. And I really find it odd why Warren wasn't even given a chance for his case to be re-opened even though more evidence were generated highlighting reasonable doubt. She committed suicide, plain and simple.

Truly shocking episode!
2 June 2019
Warning: Spoilers
This was the most shocking episode of Betrayed I had seen so far, what happened to Janet was truly devastating, and to know that ALL of these thugs and her Best Friend had participated in her rape and murder was extremely shocking, and what's really sad is that it took 25 years to discover the culprits.
