Independence Day review written by Neil Leslie Gilbert-Williams-Jacksnephew of © NEIL LESLIE GILBERT WILLIAMS JACKSNEPHEW HOUSEHOLD
What would the governors of planet earth do if extraterrestrials explored earth? Is planet earth with peaceful policy or procedures should plant Earth had such occurrence.
Would wonder why planet earth observes earths orbit and solar system.
Would hope for peaceful and welcoming regimes.
Depicted dialogue about White House office characters concernes me. Would think of real White House office holders as professional, high graded achievers (when formal).
As me experiences with real extraterrestrials was always peaceful, pleasant and loving, I forget to listen to national security characters dialogue of council to president character. I'd argue about witnessing only defensive measures. I would hope for office real office holders to consider processing thoughts about viewing extraterrestrials as explorers when visiting planet Earth (as like humans when visiting orbit).
Would hope for procedures to be implemented on planet Earth If and when visit's from extraterrestrial occur. Would hope for procedures to be implemented with other e.g. War conflicts, riot conflicts, extreme weather, flooding disasters, fire disasters, Earthquake disasters, other.
Thoughts about scientist character who predicted invasion:
It's likely that the scientist character was aware about previous visits from extraterrestrial characters, and possibly aware of alien characters shuttle.
I concluded the alien characters invasion was due to or related to previous visit by alien character as shuttle and ancestors characters later depicted in captivity ( unknown by white house office holder character).
Scenes following alien characters bombing is likely to be due to absence of proceedures.
I wouldn't know how real panic would be as I've never witnessed depicted in reality.
Managed to gain health listening and marking words.
Real scientist usually name new atoms/ molecular things with numbers or names.
Having encountered real extraterrestrials, would hope for alien characters in movies and reality to have numbers or names!
Wondered about other alien characters shuttles seen at beginning of movie. Also thought about compatibility of characters weapons when fighting enemy characters and strategy of: if enemy characters follows up with backup characters/ weapon props.
Wondered why white house office characters didn't consider surrender, as they had opportunity to ask why the alien character replied: ' die' following question by president character 'what do you want us to do'.
Upon attack scene, I wondered why the alien shuttle was not over city. In any case, wondered about aftermath concerning if charactets attack if alien characters shuttle was successfull. I.e. Would the crash cause tremors or perhaps eruption if alien characters shuttle contents of explosives causing nuclear or other eruption upon impact into planet Earth.
Incoherent dialogue, brilliant effects, brilliant makeup, brilliant props/ set and brilliant costumes. However, mimicking stage Whispers became annoying.

Good Morning Britain 18 January 2024 My review written by Neil Leslie Gilbert-Williams-Jacksnephew
Tuned into programme after 06:10.
Admired programme in 1980's
Me opinion is this programme seemingly screens as contemporary with presenters journaling as the authorities.
Journalism is the activity or profession of writing for newspapers, magazines, or news websites or preparing news to be broadcast.
The Society of Professional Journalists' Code of Ethics enjoins journalists to: Seek Truth and Report It. This includes fact-checking, not intentionally distorting information, identifying sources, avoiding stereotypes, and supporting the open exchange of opinions.
Minimize Harm. ...Act Independently. ...Be Accountable.
At all times journalists upholds and defends the principle of media freedom, the right of freedom of expression and the right of the public to be informed. Strives to ensure that information disseminated is honestly conveyed, accurate and fair. Does her/his utmost to correct harmful inaccuracies.
I regularly witness deviant journalists who regularly engage in stage whispering.
Journalists seem to include there personalities into their roles, which removes professionalism from journalism.
Generally tranced by this programme.
Nobody upholds ethics of journalists who cause harm to citizens. Regulator's of journalism are always absent and fail to uphold ethics of journalism.
Nota Bena
Journalists journalism is incoherent to ethics of journalism. When subject of journalist deny and correct journalists, would the journalist be legally accountable for fictional journalism i.e. Fake news (stated by former United States president: Donald J. Trump)
Elementary - Pre-intermediate dialogue that includes established figures for validity.
However, untrustworthy as former commandering chief announced 'fake news' A repugnant programme.
Nota Bena
As a famous person, I've never been formally approached to provide statements or clarification.
I'm regularly mimicked!
Star Trek: The Enterprise Incident (1968)
Star Trek S3 Ep2 my review
Star Trek S3 Ep2 my review
Tuned into episode after programming start.
Scenes of starship enterprise being ordered by romulans characters. Captain Kirk character was detained by Romulans characters. Mr Scott at in command of starship enterprise rejected demand of Romulans characters.
Familiar Star Trek scenes of starship Enterprise crew characters tricking and defying civil behaviour. However, starship Enterprise crew characters screenplay often engage in conflicts.
Would question how federation of planets achieved peace when starship enterprise characters crew seem (depicted in modern footage about starship enterprise's crew lead by captain Kirk) rebellious and insubordinate to federation unless demanding charge and control of situation encountered.
Always humbled by law & orderly when screened. However, is it fair that other than federation alien gunstarships with rankings are expected to obey federation and ignore there own equivalent to federation.
Wondered if Spok character had something perminent with Romulans commander character by conceiving offspring un-depicted, but would define as solution to dialogue.
Brilliant makeup, enjoyed costumes, intermediate dialogue, wonderful props & set.
Star Trek: Deep Space Nine: Tears of the Prophets (1998)
Star Trek Deep Space Nine S6 Ep26 (written by Neil Leslie Gilbert-Williams-Jacksnephew
Star Trek Deep Space Nine S6 Ep26
Opening scenes seem to groom viewer into conflict. Destruction of cling-ons.
As unconcurrent with Star Trek pictures, I'm unaware fictional status of Federation of planets. However, forsee Star Trek being only productive as series's about conflicts (war with many battles). Perhaps this would entertain Directors & officers along with organisations involving ranks or their families?
Thoughts about cling-ons and aliens is like racism ('speciesism').
Scenes previously viewed of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine addressed issues and themes about subordinates and orderly. In addition, addresses romance and relationships.
I would think that teleportation is used by authorized beings. Teleportation isn't likely to be available to non-authorised personal-beings (I was authorised to be teleported by an Angel in AD:198/5 during my holiday leave from planet Earth).
Would think Star Wars series and movies will need updating if depicted as basic technologies aren't featured and challenged.
Enjoyed set, excellent makeup, marvelous costumes, intermediate dialogue, entertaining screenplay.
A Touch of Frost: Not with Kindness (1992)
Review of: A Touch of Frost (Series 1, Episode 2:)
Review of: A Touch of Frost (Series 1, Episode 2:)
Wondered why character cried upon arrival of undertaker character. I giggled with thoughts about the character who cried being the sought of undertaker.
Realised that police employees work irregular hours as Frost character was contacted out of office.
Slept during parts.
Thus episodes storyline seemed to not continue from last episode.
Viewing and listening to Frost's character gave me pride in British justice. This episode dealt with murder which the culprit covered with affray.
Brilliant Screenplay, makeup, costumes, set/ location.
A Touch of Frost: Care and Protection (1992)
Review of: A Touch of Frost (Series 1, Episode 1: Care and Protection)
Review of: A Touch of Frost (Series 1, Episode 1:
Care and Protection)
Frost character returns home (similar to myself at previous employment)
Accident cover up (feeling to ignore) but frost did ignore (tut)
Familiar scenario of line manager avoidance
Frost Groomed or trained assistant into informality (would hope for encouragement for assistants to formality and initiative)
Frost refers to contraception being called condom. When prompted assistant to open bath panel. I thought of poetry and thought to trust his character as wise and experience. However hope scenes of dishonesty get fair judgement on screenplay
Well documented, amazed by arrangement, as I managed to think about next steps at the finding of human remains.
Dialogue varies though the network warns of .... language.
Though later wondered about why radios aren't utilised (assuming the team i.e. Police present at briefing all work on, or are assigned to cases)
The Seeker: The Dark Is Rising (2007)
My review about: The Seeker. The Dark Is Rising (AD:2007)
My review about: The Seeker. The Dark Is Rising (AD:2007)
Opening with scenes of in-between school lessons. Students using SMS text on their mobile telephones (mobile telephone usage wasn't available when I attended high school in AD:1980's/ 90's.
I assumed the location setting is Amemerica though surprised to view later the location wasn't America.
Winter season approaching Christmas festive period.
Youth character seems thoughtful and loving, as he paid GBP5.00 for gift. The artifact was revealed as being ancient. (I wondered how the shop obtained the ancient artifact ).
The youth character is the seventh son. The youths characters father character is also an seventh son.
Would think the uniqueness of youth character' seventh son' is that his parents and grandparents are successful with partnerships. Would think the evil plot could be to rid current reality from historical symbolic artifacts (milestones), which would remove evidence of successful partnerships to end sovereignty and control?
Me suspicions aren't correct.
Enjoyed: set, costumes. Dialogue could have been better.

The Fugitive (1993)
Review: The Fugitive (AD: 1993) Written by Neil Leslie Gilbert
Review: The Fugitive (AD: 1993)
Written by Neil Leslie Gilbert
Opening scenes about Doctor Kimble character being incriminated. Thoughts about doctor Kimble having blood in his vest/ t-shirt as he tried to save his wife.
Having been incriminated about charges for offense I didn't commit, I've often doubted accuracy of law. However, if legal scriptures are followed, would think convincing innocent processed suspects would be impossible (i.e. Innocent until proven guilty).
Not my first viewing. However recall original interest of viewing details about case.
Would think about law in America being thorough and accurate. If I got sentenced to death by punishment of death penalty having lost my wife and knowing I wasn't culprit, I'd probably be mentally withdrawn and would probably wish myself dead.
Would think surrender by waiting for police to arrive at scene of crash would be the right action. However, doctor Kimble character decided to flee. I wondered why a doctor would be dishonest, however doctor Kimble character was falsely convicted (according to doctor Kimble's statement)
Completely unable to determine or predict outcome, I choose to view The Fugitive (AD: 1993) Movie to input my opinions etc. However, why didn't he appeal his sentence?
Doctor Kimble character visited hospital. Shaves his beard, stole food and clothes.
Would think doctor Kimble character as inexperienced criminal, as doctor Kimble stole an ambulance for his get away vehicle.
Would think doctor Kimble character as beyond concerned for his welfare. Wondered if the authorities would execute him.
Surprised by outcome in water duct as doctor Kimble character was profiled by authorities as dangerous as he held firearm before fleeing apprehension.
According to screenplay, doctor Kimble character persued defense. Would think doctor Kimble characters mental health deteriorated as fraud, theft, dishonesty as doctor Kimble character commited other offenses.
Uncomfortable viewing, however sympathetically hoped for outcome to be sensible.
In suspense as each side (fugitive and authorities) had legitimate coherent arguments.
Comforted by scenes of authorities appearing to investigate omitted from case statement about doctor Kimble character fighting male with prosthetic limb.
Wondered why the authorities lead wasn't officially shared and processed then circulated by authorities.
Judgemental about remaining scenes. Perhaps without Marshall and legal standing. Having been juror, I would try to concentrate on verified evidence.
Disappointed about viewing legal standing characters breach law. Would think the breaches would be omitted in statements at trial.
Was challenged by The Fugitive (AD: 1993) movie, as it's realistic however as fiction, one can only comment.
I enjoyed screenplay, props, costumes, makeup. Though dialogue wasn't perfect, I admired dialogue as procedures in employment can sometimes be awkwardly conducted. Slight stage whispering.
Beverly Hills Cop (1984)
Review: Beverly Hills Cop Written by Neil Leslie Gilbert-Williams-Jacksnephew
Review: Beverly Hills Cop
Written by Neil Leslie Gilbert-Williams-Jacksnephew of
Opening scenes of urban district. Wondered about society in other countries.
Not my first viewing.
Unauthorized undercover police operation caused unpredictable outcome of distruction.
Could this scene be realistic take of issues of AD:1980's policing?
Somewhere or everywhere?
Following murder scene of Foley characters former school acquaintance wondered about private lives of police detectives and police.
Recalled another student openly stating 'attendance of bars & clubs is legal pastime activity'. I wasn't sure about this as the student wasn't model student. However couldn't imagine using bar's & clubs for pastime activity. Thoughts about pastime prompted me to leave the schools television room, as the circumstances of murder scene caused me to fear being mistaken as similar to Beverly Hills Cop but at that current time in school.
Embarrassed by content of dishonesty of police detective (Foley character) during start of visit to Beverly Hills. Detroit is vastly different to Beverly Hills (as shown in snippets).
In reality, disobedience is punishable in household. In employment, ones employment can be terminated.
I disliked Foley character (which I recall other students idolising character). (Tut). I later suspected some students expecting me to join in idolising Foley character, but I refused to join cult.
Segregation in America started to end from AD:1964
I suspected disobedient attitude of Foley character maybe influenced by remnants of segregated America.
Until AD: 1999 I believed in righteousness to be with obedience, honesty etc.
Cause on occasions, paranoia about influence, expectations and views of others caused doubting righteousness.
I consider official empowerment in employment as redundant if conditions for employment are deliberately abolished by an employee when being an employee or employer. The same applied to citizenship.
Therefore, Beverly Hills Cop was difficult to view as settling.
Scene at nightclub featuring Beverly Hills detectives characters and Detroit off duty outer jurisdiction detective character end's with cover lie at briefing. Unsettled by screenplay as police are under oath. Detective Foley character seemed to use dishonesty with his policing. As a viewer, could consider scenes as comedy, however couldn't settle when viewing plot. Especially when I viewed Beverly Hills Cop following my acceptance for official employment in AD:1991
Viewing likewise movies influenced my depression, as I suspect detective Foley character to be bad influence to other police characters. I recall bad memories about enactment's similar to screenplay scenes being used by former acquintance's or former acquintance's being dishonestly informed by other school acquintance's that I idolised and behave like detective Foley character. (Tut)
Although detective Foley character uncovered illegally distributed drug gang/ cartel there wasn't screenplay evidence about Beverly Hills detectives as NOT processing and investigating drug gang cartels.
As unaware about customs, but aware of drugs being legal in some other countries, I've used word cartel, though I've witnessed one or more citizens state 'drug business'. Assuming they aren't registered where a drug is legal, a drug gang cannot be in business unless registered as pharmacy.
Would think governments of non legal drug countries have responsibilities to revenue of governments where drugs are legal.
Following me criticisms, one cannot and should not control another citizens behaviour. However, I'd expect citizens to be common law compliant and civil law compliant (and before AD:1986 cannon law compliant).
To achieve this, me would attend staffed public spaces and organisations.
Average/ okay Screenplay, confusing dialogue. Enjoyed props and civilised environments (setting), average costumes.
Alfred Hitchcock Presents: Martha Mason, Movie Star (1957)
Review: Martha Mason, Movie Star
My review: Alfred Hitchcock presents: and Martha Mason, Movie Star
written by: Neil Leslie Gilbert
Me wondered about personality of movie actress character. Thoughts about dysfunctional acquintance's and citizens I've privately witnessed, who've enacted scenes from popular movie's or show's as there response (view a & b below)
Wouldn't accept motive for homicide of movie actress character. Me would think: Movie actress character was unable to acknowledge or accept her behaviour as dysfunctional. (As she's an actress).
Me experiences of dysfunctional behaviour include a) subjection and b) witness.
A) I've received complaints about alleged behavioural account's filed by third parties via medical examiner (via unknown formalities e.g. Third parties written or verbal account's) Usually biased investigations were processed ( as complaints are deemed: true). Therefore me is perceived as 'lied' . Therefore medical team's prognosis is: delusional, psychotic, paranoid, Autistic. As I'm unable to provide reference or witness's . Me requested hearing and eye tests I.e. Should me pass hearing test and eye test, my screening/ tests my recollection of sound and vision would be reliable. Response was continue with treatment. ( perhaps medical team's felt threatened, undermined or professionally challenged?
B) Alfred Hitchcock presents: Martha Mason, Movie Star triggered thoughts about actual citizens and acquintance's previously using enactment's from screenplay, dialogue, song and reference from news bulletin's and stage whispers (which me witnessed during scheduled viewing & scheduled listening).
Me literacy referred to me opinions iterated in literature due to Alfred Hitchcock presents: As Martha Mason, Movie Star's production (definitively defined as each of three definitions for Production)
was productively produced.
All footage with audio was brilliant. Realised stabilization from unstable mental state.
Alfred Hitchcock Presents: A Man Greatly Beloved (1957)
Review: A Man Greatly Beloved
Appreciated Alfred Hitchcock's different beginning. (Expected logical dialogue. )
Enjoyed girl characters honesty (especially scene about girl character revealing thought transfer known as telepathy)
Enjoyed girl characters intelligent but stubborn personality.
On occasions I'm sickened by urban & slang grammar. Also diagnosed with two mental health conditions with test/ screening for third pending, A Man Greatly Beloved has concisely written dialogue with screenplay competency which stabilized me mental state (Bravo brilliant). My occupation is directorate management, with ethical principles. An Former minor, which experienced behavioural issues from others cause's will for more Alfred Hitchcock presents or Alfred Hitchcock presents type shows .
Bravo, Bravo, Encore.
Beautiful props, costumes, settings, screenplay, dialogue!
Summer of Sam (1999)
Review Summer Of Sam
Enjoyed opening scene at discotheque. Appreciative of couple who danced. I cannot remember the named dance patterns, but hope to begin dance lessons with attendance at discotheque.
Tolerated urban dialogue (as able to process word's stated by characters i.e. Grammar stated is like word spelled) Familiar about scenario: scene where character declared love, with oral impulse and asked his lover to un-continue her employment responsibilities. Unsure if menstral cycle reached.
Wondered about hetrosexualism behaviour. The character who declared love, had another female. Disgusted by following scene screening characters infidelity. Perhaps infidelity could be mental illness? (Especially when engagement and marriage applies).
Maybe famous people could be granted exemption from mental diagnosis and allowed multiple marriages when menstral cycle occurs and similar.
Had various emotions of scenes about love, infidelity, sexism, violence, murder, racism, disorder, religion. Thoughts about Summer Of Sam screenplay depicting moden day diverse urban society.
Die Another Day (2002)
review of: Die Another Day
Enjoyed opening scene (water surfing). Surprised by surfers as they are 007 character team. As trenches lined seafront, wondered why patrol allowed surfing?
Disappointed about corruption scenes of one team of North Korean military, however a Western European movie which includes foreign militaries could possibly depict false likenesses. Eager about following screenplay as General character left to investigate explosions. Found some character deceased. Wondered if General character would process 007 character or avenge son character?
Assuming two nations aren't allied, I guessed prisoner character exchanges (in movies) isn't real. Would think exchange isn't aligned with and contradicts law?
Once thought of Bond movies as potential mild pornography. Perhaps various versions released as per region.
I expected Bond character (hetrosexual and always single) could desire sexual activity in scene at hotel room. Shocked with unpredicted screenplay.
Unaware about diamonds industry, though Joseph Jackson (father of Jackson five) shown me diamonds in Greater London in AD:1984 or AD:1985 (carried in velvet type holder) saying 'those are white diamonds, what do you think' responded 'admire white diamonds sparkle' handed them back. Joseph Jackson stated 'white diamonds currently value at # (currency) per carat'
Enjoyed fencing scene. Recalled witnessing an Angel and other invisible. Was told 'no-such-thing-as-invisble' by one primary school acquaintance. Acquaintances argument: show me something invisible. My Argument: invisible IS defined in English dictionaries!
Lost screenplay when characters stage whispered between dialogue.
Thought sexual natured scene to be insensible as unaware about reason for sexual impulse e.g. Erect penis or erect breasts.
Also wonderedif 007 character uses contraception. Perhaps 007 character has several offspring?
Thoughts about opening scene of North Korean General character whom unaware of son character activity. Somewhat hoped for disciplinary action by North Korea and Great Britain & Northern Ireland. Also recall North Korean character stating 'what gives or why does Great Britain & Northern Ireland thoughts of policing Earth'
General character appeared. Thoughts about Generals son character being without authority. General character attempted regaining order. Wondered about why General character or colleagues didn't alert others. (Same thought about 007 character and colleague character)
Missed reason why aeroplane destructed. However thoughts about aeroplanes NOT generally destructing, though would think destruction by explosion is instantaneous. Destruction by fire- gradual. In addition, learned information about fire/ flames needing fuel in high school science lessons. Also advised about aeroplanes having flame proof lining and other fire prevention.
Would hope and encourage better consistency with language by definition in movies screenplay and dialogue. Perhaps information about compatibility of dictionary language type I.e. Suitable for concise English language, or suitable for urban English language, or suitable for other than concise or urban English languages.
Enjoyed screenplay, average dialogue, brilliant props/ setting, liked costumes and makeup.
2023 FIFA Women's World Cup: Final: Spain vs England (2023)
England v. Spain
Impressed by England's women soccer football team's high scoring success, therefore expected England's team to be world champions.
Disappointed with performance. Possibly their worst performance. However, England's team achieved runners up, which is England's women team best performance, and second best in English national football performance since England's men team in AD:1966.
England played weakly in each position. Spain played strongly in each position.
England missed opportunities. England's defense were ineffective. England's forward's seemed ineffective against defense of Spain. England's midfield mostly lost possession.
England's team play was awful. Expected players positional skill to perform individually and as team. E.g. England's defense weren't in position during play. England's attacks weren't backed by other players, and passing options were limited or not available. Effectively players lacked 'creation of opportunities'
Felt critical about beginning to mid-second-half's play. England improved though seemed vigourless.
England's spectators could have encouraged England's players until End.
Hoping England's women team more and better success. May they improve.
Saturday Kitchen (2001)
I enjoy cookery shows, however
Saturday Kitchen
06 August 2023 10:43
As dietician and cook, I enjoy cookery shows like Saturday Kitchen.
However, part of home economics (studied at high school) involved health & safety. In a kitchen, I trained to wear apron and keep surfaces clean and more.
Therefore, lost interest in cookery
shows as presenters and guests do NOT use aprons.
In addition, food preparation and cookery are not all that's done in kitchens.
Suggestion:
introduce snippets featuring reminders, advice and warnings for 1. Cleaning tips. 2. sterilizing tips 3. Hygiene (wash hands) 4. Un share different foods when using cutting utensils & boards. 5. recommend, present advise and options about kitchenware
Reduced viewing as footage omits food safety instructions learned at high school. Average dialogue, easy listening soundtrack. However, inappropriate for smart citizens.
Event Horizon (1997)
Event Horizon (1997) - Saturday_29th_July_AD:2023
Event Horizon (1997) - Saturday_29th_July_AD:2023
Event Horizon opens with text imaging of preface, then realistic spaceship footage.
Footage depicts spaceship and surroundings to scale.
Thoughts of screenplay being unconvincing caused lapses of concentration, as the sizable spaceship had less than twelve crew.
Would think citizens insight of space travel is influenced by science and science fiction.
Focused by preface enabled me to follow storyline.
Interesting plot. Fulfilled by screenplay.
Enjoyed costumes and props.
Dialogue wasn't brilliant in few scenes.
Thrilled about footage following distress call.
As diagnosed with mental health related conditions, hallucinating characters caused suspense as I hoped for revelation about hallucinations experienced by crew.
Hoping to view similar movies.
Alfred Hitchcock Presents: The Morning After (1959)
The Morning After (1959) Bravo! Bravo (Alfred Hitchcock Presents (TV Series))
Alfred Hitchcock Presents (TV Series)
The Morning After (1959)
Absent from junior school with illness, I viewed British daytime television. Unable to find child themed programs, drowsy, pained. Suddenly, easy listening music 'Funeral March of a Marionette
(Written by Charles Gounod)' played at higher volume than earlier programs. Opened eye with thoughts of a new cartoon. Opened other eye, viewed outline animation portrait of left side of an male face. Immediately stimulated, I sat up. Alfred Hitchcock's real face moves in left direction from stage right of televisions screen to perfectly fit outline animation portrait.
Enjoyable thus far as footage was easy viewing, which enables my ability to concisely describe opening scenes.
Then in term attendance of junior school, I recall instantaneous interest, though left wondering next enactments. Perhaps an amazing tap-dancing display such like Cab_Calloway, or another wonderfully made black & white movie.
Thought's interrupted by Alfred Hitchcock's formal introduction, though intrigued by the humour, I recall applauding.
The Morning after is thoroughly enjoyable. From beginning until end. The actors were magnificent, the dialogue is excellent, brilliant screen play, props and locations were quality.
Alfred Hitchcock presents helped me focus with mental and physical conduct. Previously under mental health section in AD:2004 (roughly), I had visit from Jeremy Hunt MP. Following our conversation, Jeremy made suggestions to help improve my general mental health. One of Jeremy's suggestion's is to: carefully choose viewing and listening, as careful choices will help support mental health.
Would recommend Alfred Hitchcock presents to everyone.
BRAVO! BRAVO.
Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (2023)
Entertaining and eye-opening performance
Thursday_13_July_AD:2023_Post_Meridiem.
I viewed this movie today at EMPIRE CINEMA (SUTTON). Empire cinema is my choice of movie venue as this cinema is with luxury options. Today I booked a recliner armchair. My gratitude for Empire cinema's choice of chair cover, that is waterproof which helped my mental stability with hygiene as I sprayed and wet-wiped my seat.
I remembered the theme of Indiana Jones movies which I think is about an archaeologist professor/ teacher (Indiana Jones) with intellectual knowledge of archaeology with a mission to keep artefacts away from criminals and misuse so that items are documented and kept for reference as verification of historical occurrences in museums and libraries.
Though my focus was slightly distracted by stage whispering, This movie was enjoyable to watch. This movie has plenty of fight, chase action and interesting props. I found the first half of this movie thrilling and fast. It felt like the action slowed, however, I regained focus with fun scenes similar to earlier releases of Indiana Jones movies. The movie became equally entertaining towards the end.
I enjoyed the pace of the near pension aged actors (especially Harrison Ford) who sprinted and defended attacks upon him in several scenes. I enjoyed the original cast's appearance. I would have hoped for more footage of them.
On today's viewing, I felt as though the RGB screen settings were incorrect at Empire cinema (Sutton), as the picture seemed misty and blurry like an old film. The sound was okay, but seemed better quality in some scenes than others. I recall Empire cinema Leicester Square having better quality sound and lighting, as they used to have a jingle with thunder & lightning lights and sound effects. However I selected this screen having viewed options to have sound in the chair. I guess this would be equivalent to what I had at Empire cinema Leicester Square? I would hope for Empire cinemas to return the thunder, lightning display with sound effects, as it is effective which helped me choose the movie venue Empire cinemas (every time)
I hope that this is read by the technicians at EMPIRE CINEMAS.
Forty Minutes: Poor Man's Eton (1987)
My former high school
Tuesday_11_July_AD:2023_ante_meridiem
I (Neil Leslie Gilbert) attended this school.
Disappointed by it's closure as I found my work simple.
I was comfortable when I settled. I enjoyed the space and other students with vigar.
My background was unsettled. I felt well when orderly, though I experienced many unsettling occasions.
My lessons were interesting. Our teachers were fantastic under the circumstances.
The best moments was achieving higher graded assessments.
My worst moment was being targeted (outed) and regularly attacked by other students. On one occasion, my hair was cut and I was assaulted and verbally abused. I was regularly victimised.
Arrival (2016)
Arrival by Neil Leslie Gilbert.-Williams-Jacksnephew
I read the introduction on TV guide and thought the story to be of interest. I momentarily thought the screenplay to be boring but I thought more of the storylines ethics. What would happen if Earth has extraterrestrial visitors? Is there general procedures and citizens guidelines should extraterrestrials visit happen?
Having personally met with an Angel (extraterrestrial) I know that we should have a green light which is used to clear landing and water should be offered.
I think more ethical science fiction could be useful to help manage citizens should we have an arrival.
I would think that government should Unite to discuss procedures for such events for when contact is established, so the citizens no what to do and to avoid panic and keep control.
Designated Survivor (2016)
Neil Leslie Gilbert's review
I have followed this show on Netflix. I think that the cast and crew have made an entertaining take of the president of the United States. It's original as some other shows satire the figures of existing people. The set is warm and convincing, the storylines are interesting, the props and costumes are brilliant. The actors and actresses play their roles marvelously!
Jumanji: The Next Level (2019)
Neil Leslie Gilbert's review
This film was fun to watch. I think the characters are hilarious. The costumes was convincing and the set/ props are remarkable. The story was of a similar version to the second film but I enjoyed it.
