100 Badass Horror Movie Death Scenes

by JakobGarcia | created - 21 Oct 2011 | updated - 02 Jan 2017 | Public

MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! (And in no real particular order except that Drew Barrymore deserves that #1 spot for Scream!)

1. Drew Barrymore

Producer | Charlie's Angels

Since melting audiences' hearts at the tender age of six - in Steven Spielberg's beloved sci-fi blockbuster, E.T. (1982) - Drew Barrymore has emerged as one of the most endearing and talented actresses of her generation. Born in Culver City, California to actors John Drew Barrymore and Jaid ...

Drew Barrymore as Casey Becker in Scream No one will ever forget the first fifteen minutes of the best horror film to come along back in 1996 as Drew's character, Woodsboro High's teenaged Casey, answered a menacing phonecall which led to her death, and shocked the world all around as the film's top billed star was killed off in the opening sequence. Watching our beloved Drew Barrymore, who most of Scream's audiences grew up watching in films like E.T., get 'sliced and diced' as one character put it, made us realize that all bets were off in this fresh new flick in the horror genre and had us on the edge of our seats for the rest of the movie.

2. P.J. Soles

Actress | Halloween

P.J. (Pamela Jayne) Soles was born on July 17, 1950 in Frankfurt, Germany. Her father came from Holland and her mother from New Jersey. Because her father was working for an international insurance company, the family moved all over the world. P.J. lived in Casablanca, Morocco, and Maracaibo, ...

P.J. Soles as Lynda Van Der Klok in John Carpenter's Halloween (1978) Lynda was always my favorite horror movie 'bad girl'! Not that she was all that bad, more bad-ass is like it! She drinks, she smokes, has sex with her boyfriend in the bed of the people her friend Annie is babysitting for...and all the while looks fabulous for the late 70's!!! After Michael Myers stabs her boyfriend Bob downstairs in the kitchen and leaves him hanging on the wall, Michael quickly disguises himself in a ghost costume complete with Bob's glasses to trick Lynda when he opens the bedroom door to where she is still in bed, filing her nails, waiting for the beer Bob went downstairs to get! Soles delivers her now classic line "See anything you like?" as she flashes Michael/Bob her breasts but is annoyed when he just stands there in one of the creepiest scenes in horror history. So Lynda gets up and dials her friend Laurie who is babysitting across the street, cue the famous Carpenter music, as the ghost finally moves across the room to strangle her from behind with the phone cord!

3. Danielle Harris

Actress | Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead

Danielle Harris is an American actress and film director from Plainview, New York. She is regarded as a scream queen for her many roles in horror films. Her better known roles include protagonist Jamie Lloyd in "Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers" (1988) and "Halloween 5: The Revenge of ...

Danielle Harris as Annie Brackett in Rob Zombie's Halloween 2 (2009) Actually, her scenes in the film prior to this one, Rob Zombie's remake of John Carpenter's classic Halloween, were so good that I include her near-death attack in that one along with her actual death scene in Zombie's 2009 sequel together. Harris proves her talent as horror's number one scream queen in these two flicks. Michael Myers brutally slays her all over her bedroom and bathroom only for her best friend Laurie to come home and find her almost lifeless naked body lying on the bathroom floor. It's a horror movie scene that can actually move a person to tears as we see her slowly pass away in Laurie's arms, and then the aftermath scenes, when Annie's father the Sheriff arrives to see her are just as heart wrenching.

4. Kristina Klebe

Actress | Halloween

Actor and director, Kristina Klebe was born in New York City and raised between NY, Germany, France and Italy. She is the only daughter of two European immigrants making her first generation American. She speaks four languages fluently, though she didn't speak a single word until she was two. Her ...

Kristina Klebe as Lynda Van Der Klok in Rob Zombie's Halloween (2007) In what I think was a great remake to a classic, Zombie kept in several key elements, and one of those was Lynda's death by Michael posing as her boyfriend in a ghost outfit. P.J. Soles defined early horror films in the 70's and was a hard act to follow, but Kristina Klebe did a great job filling her shoes as a modern day Lynda, the bad-ass, and managed to make audiences care when she is brutally strangled just as Soles did, however this time Michael just uses his hands instead of the phone cord, as with this film most people were using cell or cordless phones!

5. Rose McGowan

Actress | Planet Terror

Rose McGowan is an American actress and director, known for her contribution to independent film. Since the age of nineteen, she has appeared in acclaimed films by Gregg Araki, Wes Craven, Brian De Palma, Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino. In 2014, her directorial debut Dawn (2014) was ...

Rose McGowan as Tatum Riley in Scream Scream's most famous scene is definitely the Drew Barrymore death at the beginning of the film, but this one comes in a close second for that film's franchise. Tatum is the spunky best friend of the movie's heroine Sidney and the younger sister of lovable cop Dewey, but she dies in the third act of the film in one of the series' more gruesome ways, via garage door! As Tatum gets locked in the garage while going for more beer for the party guests, she battles Ghostface and manages to hit him good a few times with beer bottles, but ultimately he kills her when she tries to escape thru the built in pet door at the bottom of the garage door. As she gets stuck in the doggy door, audiences just knew she was a goner as they watched in horror as Ghostface presses the garage opener and Tatum goes up with it until it eventually smashes her in between and leaves her hanging for Sidney to find later!

6. Jamie Lee Curtis

Actress | Halloween

Jamie Lee Curtis was born on November 22, 1958 in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of legendary actors Janet Leigh and Tony Curtis. She got her big break at acting in 1978 when she won the role of Laurie Strode in Halloween (1978). After that, she became famous for roles in movies like Trading...

Jamie Lee Curtis as Laurie Strode in Halloween:Resurrection Curtis originated the iconic role of babysitter Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's classic 1978 film, Halloween, as the survivor of Michael Myers, who had just killed her best friends. She returned for the film's 1981 sequel, Halloween 2, which picks up right where the first left off, the same Halloween night as her character Laurie is followed to the hospital by the boogeyman, Michael Myers, who was then revealed to be her older brother, and he is presumed dead after an explosion. Twenty years later, Curtis returned to this role that made her famous as a love letter to her fans, in 1998's Halloween: H20, where the story explains Laurie faked her death years earlier, never believing Michael was truly dead, and now lives in California, and turns out she was right. Michael did survive and finally finds her and her son, but she fights him off once again. Finally, Curtis returns to the series one last time in Halloween: Resurrection, where Laurie Strode is now in a mental institution, still waiting for her brother to find her. And in this film's opening scene, Michael Myers does find her, as she is ready for him with a trap. But as audiences had always feared this day would come, Laurie is overcome by The Shape during this final fight and he stabs his sister in the back with his signature butcher knife. After she kisses him goodbye and tells him she will see him in hell, Laurie falls to her death from the rooftop.

7. Anne-Marie Martin

Writer | Twister

Anne-Marie Martin was born on November 11, 1957 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She is an actress and writer, known for Twister (1996), Sledge Hammer! (1986) and Prom Night (1980). She was previously married to Michael Crichton.

Anne-Marie Martin, a.k.a. Eddie Benton, as Wendy in Prom Night (1980) Most critics bashed this copycat slasher flick from the early 80's and had every right to do so as the filming is poor quality, sometimes so badly lit you can hardly see what is going on. However, with then "Scream Queen" Jamie Lee Curtis starring, along with Leslie Nielsen, an unknown supporting cast, and a creepy backstory, the film has its good points. The best part of the film is the long chase sequence leading to the death scene of Martin's character Wendy, the bullying bitch leader of a group of friends who accidentally killed a girl years before in the movie's opening. After the others have been picked off one by one by a masked killer at the high school prom, Wendy knows its her turn but manages to fend him off long enough for this suspenseful chase sequence through the school, trying to make it back to the dance. Martin manages to make audiences hope for her survival but ultimately she meets her grisly end by the killer's bloody axe!

8. Pamela Susan Shoop

Actress | Halloween II

A veteran character actress with a prolific career, Pamela Susan Shoop began acting while in her teens and established herself as a television regular in the early seventies. Since that time, she has appeared in several guest spots on a variety of television programs while occasionally working in ...

Pamela Susan Shoop as Karen Bailey in Halloween 2 (1981) This has to be one of horror's most gruesome death scenes, definitely one of Michael Myers' most relentless kills as nurse Karen is dunked into the hospital hot tub, which he raised the temperature of, over and over, scalding her face off and ultimately drowning her. The scene is utterly terrifying, first as Michael kills her boyfriend, paramedic Budd, when he gets out to check the temperature, and gets off easy as Michael simply strangles him in the background. Then as he enters the therapy room and walks up behind Karen, audiences were biting their nails, not sure of what he was going to do to her. Undoubtedly, no one expected the grisly demise she met.

9. Heather Langenkamp

Actress | A Nightmare on Elm Street

Heather Langenkamp was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA. She got her start in acting when she was cast as an extra in the Francis Ford Coppola films The Outsiders (1983) and Rumble Fish (1983), which were both filmed in Tulsa. Her scenes were deleted from the final cut of both films. While studying at ...

Heather Langenkamp as Nancy Thompson in Nightmare On Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors Heather created the iconic role as Freddy Krueger's adversary, Nancy, in the original Nightmare On Elm Street, and fans were upset when her character did not return in the film's sequel, Nightmare On Elm Street 2: Freddy's Revenge. Therefore, a second sequel was born and creator/director Wes Craven returned and reunited Heather's Nancy with her former foe, Freddy, in Nightmare On Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors. Fans loved this entry in the series, mostly for Heather's return, as well as John Saxon, who played Nancy's father in the original, and of course, Robert Englund as Freddy, all reuniting on screen for the first time since the 1984 original. As a whole new set of teens, set in a mental hospital, fall prey to Freddy in their nightmares including a young Patricia Arquette as new heroine Kristen, Nancy shows up to help, now an adult therapist. In the end, Nancy saves a few of them, sacrificing herself as Freddy thrusts his infamous bladed glove into her stomach.

10. Johnny Depp

Actor | Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street

John Christopher "Johnny" Depp II was born on June 9, 1963 in Owensboro, Kentucky, to Betty Sue Palmer (née Wells), a waitress, and John Christopher Depp, a civil engineer. He was raised in Florida. He dropped out of school when he was 15, and fronted a series of music-garage bands, including one ...

Johnny Depp as Glen Lantz in Nightmare On Elm Street (1984) In the aforementioned original Nightmare On Elm Street, "the" Johnny Depp made his film debut in Wes Craven's masterpiece, as the heroine Nancy's boyfriend across the street, Glen. After their friends, Tina and Rod, become Freddy's first victims, and Nancy struggles to make all the adults believe in their dreams, her boyfriend Glen succumbs to his sleep deprivation and he falls asleep in his waterbed with his mini TV on his lap, listening to headphones. Who could forget Johnny Depp being sucked into a hole in his waterbed only to be spit back out only as blood and guts onto the ceiling?? Classic Wes Craven!

11. Katie Cassidy

Actress | A Nightmare on Elm Street

Katie Cassidy was born Katherine Evelyn Anita Cassidy on November 25, 1986, in Los Angeles, California. Her father, David Cassidy, was a pop star in the 1970s. Her famous relatives include uncles Shaun Cassidy, Patrick Cassidy and Ryan Cassidy, the sons by her grandfather Jack Cassidy's marriage to ...

Katie Cassidy as Kris Fowles in Nightmare On Elm Street (2010) Basically, in the remake of Craven's original, Cassidy's Kris is the Tina character from the first film. The death scene is even the same. Kris sleeps next to her boyfriend, just the way Tina did, as she experiences her final battle with Freddy when her nightmare kills her for real. Waking up her boyfriend by gasping for help, eventually Kris's body levitates up toward the ceiling, followed by being thrashed about her bedroom, hitting the walls, knocking down lamps, until that oh-so familiar four slash marks strike her chest finishing her off and her body drops back down onto the bed!

Danielle Harris as Belle in Stake Land Recently just saw this movie, familiar premise about an epidemic that wiped out most of the world by turning people into zombies, but this time more like zombie vampires. Led by a lone warrior, a small group of survivors struggle to make it to protected land, including Belle, a young pregnant woman played by Harris. The superior "Scream Queen" Harris takes on a different role in this film than in her previous work in the genre as pregnant Belle, who seemed to me a likely survivor in this flick but I was sadly mistaken. And I don't know if it's just me and my fascination with Danielle Harris, but rarely have horror movies ever brought to me tears until her death scene in Rob Zombie's Halloween 2, and then in this film, Stake Land, where the writer/director proves that no one is safe when Belle and her unborn child are slain by a vengeful enemy of her group's leader.

13. Adrienne King

Actress | Friday the 13th

Adrienne was born in and raised Oyster Bay, Long Island and did her first commercial when she was six months old, and has stayed at it with a brief hiatus or two ever since. She has also studied voice and dance, being continually involved in some phase of show business. She has done numerous ...

Adrienne King as Alice Hardy in Friday The 13th Part 2 Friday The 13th was one of the first slasher flicks to follow in Halloween's footsteps, actually responsible for more of the slashing, the gore that is, since the original Halloween showed hardly any blood. And much like Halloween, Friday The 13th featured a central heroine of the story, likable camp counselor Alice, who also survived the first film's horrifying killer, much like Jamie Lee Curtis's Laurie Strode did in Halloween. However, they took the Janet Leigh in Psycho approach with the sequel to Friday The 13th, way before Scream shocked us in 1996 with Drew Barrymore's dispatch, unlike Halloween 2's continuing stalking of Laurie Strode, with surprising audiences by killing off the character of Alice in the opening sequence of Friday The 13th Part 2! To be quite honest, the first fifteen minutes of this film might be scarier than that of Scream, maybe partly due to the fact that I was maybe only ten when I saw this one, but it still holds up today, and I still quiver in my seat when I watch it, even knowing what is to come of poor Alice. First she awakens from dreams of the events that occurred at the end of Friday The 13th, of how she killed the psychotic knife wielding Mrs. Voorhees by chopping off her head with an axe. Then she wanders around her creepy apartment, answering the phone first to her mom, then a quiet prank caller, which puts her on alert. Finally, as the suspense climbs, and she enters the kitchen investigating a noise, we get a tension breaker with a cat jumping thru the window. But when Alice opens the fridge to get the cat some milk, she finds the decapitated, rotted head of Mrs. Voorhees, a dreadful sight, and before she can really let loose a scream, a new killer plunges an ice pick into the side of her skull!

14. Sigourney Weaver

Actress | Alien Resurrection

Sigourney Weaver has created a host of memorable characters, both dramatic and comic, ranging from Ripley in Alien to Dian Fossey in Gorillas in the Mist to Gwen/Tawny in Galaxy Quest and most recently, 14-year-old Kiri in Avatar: The Way of Water. With a career spanning over 50 years, Weaver has ...

Sigourney Weaver as Ellen Ripley in Alien 3 Before Jamie Lee Curtis bid adieu to her character Laurie Strode in Halloween: Resurrection, Sigourney Weaver did it first in Alien 3. After surviving two previous encounters with the deadly aliens, first in Ridley Scott's 1979 hit Alien, and then in James Cameron's sequel, Aliens, Weaver returned a third time in Alien 3, this time directed by David Fincher (Seven), with a much darker premise, in which ended with Weaver's iconic character, Lt. Ellen Ripley, after realizing she had an alien inside her, sacrifices herself by taking a backwards plunge off a platform into a vat of fire!

P.J. Soles as Norma Watson in Carrie Obviously, I'm a huge fan of P.J. Soles, therefore her character's death stood out for me more than any of the other victims in Brian dePalma's Carrie, the 1976 film adapted from the Stephen King novel. The story is about a high school misfit, with telekinetic powers, who is taunted by her classmates, but gets her revenge after a cruel prank during the senior prom. As a matter of fact, John Carpenter actually wrote the role of Lynda in Halloween for P.J. Soles, in hopes of getting her, after having seen her in Carrie. Soles plays Norma, one of the girls who tease and taunt Sissy Spacek's Carrie, the outcast, and get into trouble when they take a practical joke in the locker room too far. So the meanest girl in their class, Nancy Allen's Chris, plans an even bigger prank to pull on poor Carrie, this time at the senior prom, which she is banned from. The mean kids see to it Carrie is crowned prom queen and once on stage, Chris pulls a rope that dumps a bucket of pig's blood all over Carrie. A horrified Carrie then moves into telekinetic mode and exacts her revenge on her tormentors, and even some innocent people, but my favorite is when she gets around to Soles' character Norma, who is trying to escape the gymnasium with everyone else as Carrie spreads fire and unleashes a fire hose from the wall which sprays into the crowd, eventually hosing down Norma, so powerfully that it knocks her into a table, and presumably she drowns by it or dies in the fire. In real life, during the film's shooting, P.J. Soles suffered injuries to her eardrum by the fire hose, and the scene where it shows Norma knocked unconscious is real as that is when it did the same to the actress in real life!

16. Mike Vogel

Actor | The Help

Mike Vogel was born on July 17, 1979 in Abington, Pennsylvania, USA. He is an actor and producer, known for The Help (2011), Cloverfield (2008) and She's Out of My League (2010). He has been married to Courtney Renee Raborg since January 4, 2003. They have three children.

Mike Vogel as Andy in The Texas Chainsaw Masscare (2003) When poor Jessica Biel has to finish off her friend, played by Mike Vogel, who's leg has been sawed off and he's been hung up by the basement's rafters, both actors cemented their status in horror film history.

17. Eric Balfour

Actor | The Offer

Eric Balfour is a true Angelino, one who embraces everything the City of Angels has to offer. As a lover of the ocean he is an avid surfer and supports many environmental causes. His charitable endeavors include Surfrider, Oceana and Sea Shepard. As a lover of fashion he's built an incredible ...

Eric Balfour as Kemper in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003) Jessica Biel's character Erin first loses her boyfriend Kemper, played by Eric Balfour in a scene that totally catches you off guard when Leatherface strikes Kemper in the back with an axe and then drags him away. Later, his death is even more horrifying once you realize this maniac is wearing his facial skin!

18. Sarah Michelle Gellar

Actress | Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Emmy Award-winning Sarah Michelle Gellar was born on April 14, 1977 in New York City, the daughter of Rosellen (Greenfield), who taught at a nursery school, and Arthur Gellar, who worked in the garment industry. She is of Russian Jewish and Hungarian Jewish descent.

Eating in a local restaurant, ...

Sarah Michelle Gellar as Cici Cooper in Scream 2 Gellar's brief appearance in Scream 2 lasted for two scenes, one prelude to her death, in a classroom opposite potential murder suspects Randy and Mickey, where she clearly has the word "DEAD" practically stamped on her forehead. And this rings true as later, alone in her sorority house, she answers a menacing phonecall similar to the one Drew Barrymore got in the first Scream. Her death isn't as gory as the Casey Becker kill but Cici is chased all over that big house up to the attic where she is stabbed twice in the back and then thrown over the railing where she plummets several stories to her death.

Sarah Michelle Gellar as Helen Shivers in I Know What You Did Last Summer Sarah Michelle completely steals the show from the film's main heroine, Jennifer Love Hewitt, as she clearly has the better role. Her long drawn out chase scenes towards the end from the Fisherman were the movie's best scenes period, and Gellar really makes you feel sorry for her character when she ultimately makes that horrible last stop while running to check behind her, giving the Fisherman the chance to spring out just before she makes it to safety. His hook starts swinging at her, and most of what happens is left to the imagination as the camera just shows their intense struggle, so there is very minimal blood at all giving her a respectable exit from the movie.

20. Jamie Kennedy

Actor | Son of the Mask

James Harvey Kennedy was born in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, on May 25, 1970. He became interested in acting at the age of 15, and appeared in a movie for the first time at age 19, as an extra in Dead Poets Society (1989). His first role in a movie was as Brad in the film Road to Flin Flon (2000), ...

Jamie Kennedy as Randy Meeks in Scream 2 Killing off Randy, one of the original survivors from the first Scream, in the middle of this sequel, showed just how relentless the sequel was going to be, much the way the opening of the first film proved to us by offing Drew Barrymore's Casey. This clearly told the audience that no one was safe, which is why it was so sad later on when it first appeared that they were killing off Dewey as well.

21. Ellie Cornell

Actress | Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers

Perky actress and producer Ellie Cornell was born in Glen Cove, Long Island, New York, USA. After graduating from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida in 1986, Cornell had a small guest appearance in a 1988 episode of Thirtysomething (1987). The same year, she played an assertive reporter in the...

Ellie Cornell as Rachel Carruthers in Halloween 5 I always felt this was such an unfair gimmick that horror movies, especially ones from the 80's, used when making another sequel which was killing off the survivor, or "final girl", from the previous installment. For example, one of the firsts for this plot device was Adrienne King's Alice, survivor of the original Friday The 13th, who was axed during the opening sequence of Friday The 13th Part 2. (They do prove to be an effective way of getting audiences on the edges of their seats though!) However, fans like myself were horrified when Ellie Cornell's Rachel was finally done in by Michael Myers during the first act of Halloween 5: The Revenge Of Michael Myers, after having successfully saved her little adopted sister Jamie, and herself from him in Halloween 4 just one year prior. Rachel actually made it a little longer than just the first few minutes, but the tension just kept mounting as Michael followed her around, especially while she was alone in that house, and viewers realized that Rachel might actually die. And that she did, as Michael cornered her in a bedroom and plunged a pair of scissors into her chest! The actress later stated in interviews that it was originally written for her to get the scissors shoved down her throat but she vetoed that before signing on to reprise Rachel one last time in favor of the scissors stabbing her in the heart. This was also very significant regarding the shocking ending of Part 4 the year before when Jamie, in a trance-like state such as Uncle Mike, stabbed their mother with scissors (she survived it is revealed in 5 though), to then have The Shape get revenge on all of them by doing in his adversary from the previous sequel in similar fashion! I was so upset throughout the rest of the film that I held out hope that Rachel wasn't really dead until Jamie finds her corpse in an attic towards the end of the movie. So sad! The Halloween series even did this again in their next installment, Halloween 6, with the character of Jamie, all grown up now (and played by a different actress which made it less heartfelt but still we had watched Jamie survive two previous times) and escapes Michael in the beginning of the film for a few short scenes until she meets a grisly death inside a barn by her boogeyman uncle!

22. Tawny Moyer

Actress | Halloween II

Tawny Moyer was born on March 30, 1957 in San Diego, California, USA. She is an actress, known for Halloween II (1981), While You Were Sleeping (1995) and Sports Night (1998).

Tawny Moyer as Jill in Halloween 2 (1981) Just as unforgettable as Pamela Susan Shoop's Karen in this film, Tawny Moyer's Jill gets struck in the back by Michael Myers with a scalpel and he picks her up with it, raising her into the air until her nurse clogs fall off her feet, then he drops her lifeless body to the floor, all right in front of his main target, sister Laurie (Jamie Lee Curtis).

23. Gloria Gifford

Actress | This Is Spinal Tap

Gloria taught at the American Film Institute for six years in the Masters' Program. She taught Directors, Writers and Producers and among her successful AFI students: Patty Jenkins (Monster (2003), Brian Dannelly (Saved! (2004), Weeds (2005).

In 2007, Gloria opened the prestigious Actors Academy ...

Her death actually happens off-screen but paramedic Jimmy (Lance Guest) goes looking for staff members of Haddonfield Memorial Hospital in 1981's Halloween II, to get help for patient Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis) and he walks into a surgery room to find a horrible site! Gloria Gifford's character, head nurse Mrs. Alves, has been strapped to an operating table, with needles hooked up to her arms draining all of her blood out of her and onto the floor! One of Michael Myers' most sadistic and horrific kills in the entire series next to fellow nurse Karen's (Pamela Susan Shoop) in the same film. Once Jimmy realizes that almost all of Mrs. Alves' blood supply is dripping onto the floor, he turns to run for help but slips in the puddle of blood hitting his head hard knocking him unconscious!

24. Ana Alicia

Actress | Halloween II

Ana Alicia Ortiz Torres is a Mexican actress, she was born in Mexico City, Mexico on December 12, 1956. Ana Alicia became the third of four children to Carlos Celestino Ortiz and Alicia Torres Ortiz. Her parents were hotel agents in Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico. She grew up between Acapulco, Mexico ...

Ana Alicia as Janet in Halloween 2 (1981) This sequel was definitely going for the gore unlike its original, as Ana Alicia's nurse Janet gets a needle stuck in her temple injecting God knows what into her head!!!

25. Kathleen Kinmont

Actress | Renegade

Kathleen Kinmont Smith was born in Los Angeles, California to actress, Abby Dalton and businessman, Jack Smith. Kathleen is of Swedish, Irish and Welsh descent. She began her acting career in commercials as a young child and then moved on to a short lived modeling career before she started ...

Kathleen Kinmont as Kelly Meeker in Halloween 4 One of the best parts of this sequel in the Halloween series is when the entire main cast barricade themselves inside the local sheriff's house after a power outage to try and survive killer Michael Myers while they wait for further help to arrive. Tension rises amongst all of them, which include Sheriff Ben Meeker (Beau Starr); his premiscuous daughter Kelly (Kinmont); the co-worker, Brady (Sasha Jenson) that she has stolen away from the film's heroine, Rachel Carruthers (Ellie Cornell); and Rachel's adopted sister Jamie Lloyd (Danielle Harris), who just happens to be Michael Myers' niece and his main target, and finally Dr. Sam Loomis, the forever determined psychiatrist who has been trying to stop Michael from the very beginning. Also, another policeman is at hand, placed at the front door with a shotgun. The sequence is set up rather brilliantly and the suspense is nail-biting as the scene skips from one character to the next, showing where they are at in which part of this huge house, making the viewer guess while on the edge of their seat which character will bite it first and when! As soon as Dr. Loomis announces he is leaving to look elsewhere for Michael, you just know he is already inside this house, and about to strike at any given moment. Finally, as Kinmont's character Kelly, after changing her slutty shirt after a catfight with Rachel in the kitchen, enters the living room with a tray full of coffee for everyone, she sees only who she thinks is the policeman holding the shotgun, rocking in a chair. As she sets the tray down, and lights a match for a candle, she suddenly notices the severed head of the policeman next to the candle and her frightened gasp alerts Michael to stand at attention! Kelly turns to face her worst nightmare as Michael thrusts the shotgun straight through her torso, lifting her off the ground and mounting her on the wall, only for Rachel to find moments later!!!

26. Tamara Glynn

Actress | Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers

Tamara Glynn was discovered by a Los Angeles talent agent and started acting as a teenager. Originally from Arkansas, she made her way to Los Angles to star in Halloween 5 as Samantha Thomas. Glynn's television credits include: Knots Landing, Growing Pains, Miami Vice, Life on the Flipside, Brand ...

Tamara Glynn as Samantha Thomas in Halloween 5 Actually, this could be considered a double whammy for the citizens of the Halloween franchise's fictional Haddonfield, IL, as Samantha and her boyfriend Spitz were both offed during the same memorable scene set in the barn during the fifth installment of the movie series back in 1989. At first, it looked like we were about to be treated to a similar double-impalement like in Friday The 13th Part 2 when killer Jason took out a pair of lovers with one swift act involving a large spear, except in H5, Michael Myers a.k.a. The Shape fittingly picked up a pitchfork from the barn's dark corridors while young Samantha was losing her virginity, casually walked over and thrust it into the back of her lover, Spitz! Just as nonchalantly as he crept up to them, Michael Myers just strides away listening to Samantha's screams as her boyfriend was now "Spitzfork"!!! So then, as she manages to stagger up and focus, Samantha yanks out the pitchfork, and then attempts to avenge poor Spitz's death with it as if she stood a chance...but ya gotta give her props cuz she probably could've made it out of that barn alive while The Shape was retrieving his next weapon of choice, instead she charged forth with the 'fork', however Michael had grabbed his next tool of destruction, one of my favorites of His, the scythe, and with another skilled swift of motion dispatched our beautiful Samantha! Kudos to Halloween 5, which gets its fair share of criticism from fans who many seem to forget just how good Part 5 was despite any flaws. The deaths of Spitz and Samantha are horrifyingly great with brilliant work from KNB yet reminiscent of the original concerning Sam's final fate where less is more: we don't actually see the scythe slash her, or even where it got her, it's definitely clear she did get it, but the element of terror just seeing Michael swing that scythe, was more than enough!

27. Jodi Lyn O'Keefe

Actress | She's All That

Jodi Lyn O'Keefe was born in Cliffwood Beach, New Jersey, to Noreen and Jack O'Keefe, a director of labor relations for Merck. She began modeling at the age of 8 after seeing her eldest sister Heather modelling. She modeled for various companies such as Gitano Jeans and DreamPhone. When she reached...

Jodi Lyn O'Keefe as Sarah in Halloween: H20 One of my favorite characters in H20 was Sarah, the best friend to Michelle (Brokeback Mountain) Williams' Molly. Both girls were students at the private school where Laurie Strode's alter ego, Keri Tate, was the principal, and her teenaged son, John (Josh Hartnett), was also a student and Molly's boyfriend. Anyways, as Michael stalks the school grounds in search of his sister (Jamie Lee Curtis), you just know Sarah will become one of his victims, they might as well have stamped "DEAD" across her forehead!!! Unfortunately, Sarah finds her boyfriend dead in the cafeteria's dummy waiter, but quickly climbs on board to escape Michael's clutches, but not before he stabs her leg. Barely making it to the next floor on the elevator, Sarah struggles to get out but her leg is practically cut off when Michael cuts the rope down below and her leg is caught when it drops! This makes her nearly immobile and as she crawls along the floor Michael eventually arrives from downstairs and finishes the poor girl off with his butcher knife, even as she begs for him not to!

28. Mariah O'Brien

Actress | Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers

Mariah O'Brien was born on June 25, 1971 in Dellroy, Ohio, USA. She is an actress, known for Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (1995), Being John Malkovich (1999) and The Mod Squad (1999). She was previously married to Giovanni Ribisi.

Mariah O'Brien as Beth in Halloween 6 My favorite scene in the sixth installment of the Halloween franchise, is when heroine Kara (Marianne Hagan) has to witness the brutal demise of her brother's girlfriend 'Rear Window' style as she sees it all happen through Tommy Doyle's window from across the street, looking directly into her, and Judith Myers' former, bedroom! Again, the less-is-more approach proves worthy a lot of the horror in this scene are left to our imagination. Kara is on the phone trying to warn Beth but Michael comes up behind her and we hear the stabbing, etc. but don't really see it. We just see what Kara sees, which is enough and actually better!

29. Nancy Stephens

Actress | Escape from New York

Nancy Stephens was born on July 2, 1949 in Texas, USA. She is an actress and producer, known for Escape from New York (1981), Halloween (1978) and Halloween II (1981). She has been married to Rick Rosenthal since May 23, 1981. They have three children.

Nancy Stephens as Marion Chambers in Halloween: H20 Poor Marion, (her character was named by John Carpenter in the original after Janet Leigh's character in Psycho)...she managed to survive Michael's attack on her in the first Halloween when he stole the hospital station wagon, and she was still around that same night in Halloween 2 when Michael and Dr. Loomis were nearly burnt to the ground in the hospital explosion and she helped wheel Laurie Strode to the ambulence, which was the last time we saw either of them until now...but poor Marion, she is forced to meet her maker in the opening sequence of Halloween:H20, which is supposed to be the direct sequel to Halloween 2 (forget 3-6). Michael was really just searching for clues to his sister Laurie's whereabouts, who went into hiding years ago, in case her brother really survived and still wanted to kill her. And he finds the info he needed, after offing nurse Marion by slitting her throat right in front of a window just out of sight to two policemen! Just before Marion's demise, we are also treated to a cameo by Joseph Gordon Levitt as her teenaged slacker neighbor Jimmy, most likely named after the Jimmy character played by Lance Guest in Halloween 2, who Marion finds with an ice skate lodged across his face!!!

30. Adam Arkin

Director | Get Shorty

Adam Arkin was born on August 19, 1956 in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA. He is an actor and director, known for Get Shorty (2017), A Serious Man (2009) and Sons of Anarchy (2008).

Adam Arkin as Will in Halloween: H20 After John and Molly find Sarah's corpse hanging in a kitchen closet, the real chase scenes begin as they run to escape his uncle Michael! Meanwhile, John's mom, Principal Keri Tate, a.k.a. Laurie Strode, has been hanging out with guidance counselor Will, but eventually they meet up with the kids and find out what has been going on. Keri/Laurie packs a gun which comes in handy when she thinks she sees her brother in the school hallway and fires, hitting security guard Ronnie (LL Cool J) instead! As they tend to Ronnie, Michael sneaks up behind them and wedges a knife into Will's back and raises him off the ground in front of Laurie, reminiscent to her of nurse Jill from Haddonfield Memorial!

31. Hunter Tylo

Actress | The Bold and the Beautiful

Born Deborah Jo Hunter in Fort Worth, the native Texan is an accomplished equestrian with a degree in pre-med from Fordham University in New York. She was a top fashion model in the seventies and eighties, and began her acting career in Dallas, Texas doing plays such as "Vanities", "The ...

Hunter Tylo, a.k.a. Deborah Morehart, as Alison in The Initiation I have very vague memories of this film, a low budget slasher flick from the 80's and haven't seen it since way back then, but I do remember the death scene of Tylo's character, Alison, inside the department store as she is attacked viciously by the killer and stabbed repeatedly over and over.

32. Amanda Detmer

Actress | Final Destination

Amanda Detmer was born on September 27, 1971 in Chico, California, USA. She is an actress, known for Final Destination (2000), The Majestic (2001) and Big Fat Liar (2002). She was previously married to John Peter Crickellas and Bernardo Targett.

Amanda Detmer as Terry Chaney in Final Destination One of the best and most shocking moments of this surprise hit which spawned four sequels was the sudden death of one of the survivors of Flight 180 (a mysterious plane that crashed moments after one of the students aboard predicted it and was ejected from the flight along with several other passengers including this character), beautiful high school senior Terry Chaney. Just as Terry tells her boyfriend Carter (Kerr Smith) off and two of the other survivors stating that she's had enough of their *beep* and steps off the street curb, she is violently hit and slaughtered across the pavement by an oncoming bus!!! The moment made audiences jerk and the film made horror history!!!

33. Seann William Scott

Actor | American Pie

Seann William Scott was born in Cottage Grove, Minnesota, to Patricia Anne (Simons) and William Frank Scott, a factory worker. He was discovered at a talent competition in Los Angeles, and almost immediately was flown to New York by ABC to test for All My Children (1970). His face has also been ...

Seann William Scott as Billy Hitchcock in Final Destination This one was almost as good as the Terry Chaney death scene in the aforementioned first Final Destination film. As the film's main stars, Devon Sawa and Ali Larter's characters are trying to get Terry's boyfriend Carter out of his car which is stopped on a railroad crossing with an oncoming train approaching, classmate Billy Hitchcock (Seann William Scott of the American Pie movies) is riding his bicycle nearby and stops to try to warn his friends. The other three barely make it out of the car in time as the train plows into it causing a major crash, objects flying everywhere, and a road sign plummets towards Billy and rips his head right off!!! This one borders on pure cheesiness as Billy's body staggers to the ground but it is still worth the punch it packs!

34. Ali Larter

Actress | Final Destination

Born in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Ali began modeling at age thirteen, and traveled the world before moving to Los Angeles to study acting. Her first professional acting job was a role on the television series Chicago Sons (1997). She received her breakthrough in the high school football drama ...

Ali Larter as Clear Rivers in Final Destination 2 Larter is the only cast member from the first installment of this film franchise to return for the sequel, and her character Clear, looking hotter than before, shows up to help a new set of victims, and you really don't even consider the idea that she will be killed off. However, in a surprising move near the end of the film, Clear walks into a hospital room that's been filling with natural gases and somehow her opening the door causes an explosion to completely wipe her out!

35. Hayden Panettiere

Actress | Heroes

Hayden Lesley Panettiere was born on August 21, 1989 in Palisades, New York, to actress Lesley Vogel and fire department captain Skip Panettiere. Her younger brother was actor Jansen Panettiere (1994-2023). Her parents are both of half Italian descent, along with German and English. Her mother got ...

Hayden Panettiere as Kirby Reed in Scream 4 Absolutely my favorite character in this "reboot sequel", Hayden Panettiere completely steals the show as hot movie buff, Kirby Reed. However, most of the film I was afraid she would turn out to be one of the killers, then in her last moments afraid she would die, I was still impressed with her nonetheless! Kirby is forced to play a trivia game on the phone with Ghostface after she locks the boy she likes outside the house, and her performance here is breathtaking! Sadly though, when she feels she's won the game she unlocks the door to rush to save Charlie, unbeknownst to her that Charlie is one of the killers and when untied he stabs her twice in the gut! The last we see or hear of Kirby is as she is gasping on the ground, so they actually left it unclear whether she really died, however they didn't mention her surviving in the film's final scenes so all we can do is hope she did and find out if there is ever a Scream 5!

36. Emma Roberts

Actress | We're the Millers

Emma Roberts was born in Rhinebeck, New York. She was a baby when her parents separated, and she grew up living with her mother, Kelly Cunningham. She was educated at Archer School for Girls in Los Angeles, California.

Emma is the daughter of Oscar-nominated actor Eric Roberts, and the niece of ...

Emma Roberts as Jill Roberts in Scream 4 This one is one of the reasons I wrote: "Major Spoilers Ahead" at the beginning of this list!!! If you don't know by now, Emma Roberts is one of the killers in Scream 4! And as in all the previous Scream films, the main characters Sidney, Dewey, and Gale always get their villain or villains in the end. So Jill's death scene is pretty great because by this time in the movie, you cannot stand her, so when Gale says "Clear" and Jill goes "Clear?" then Sidney solidifies "Clear" by zapping her with the paddles! Of course, the killer is never dead on the first try and Sidney has to finish her off with the most important rule in a horror remake: "Don't *beep* with the original!".

37. Marielle Jaffe

Actress | Scream 4

Marielle Jaffe was born on June 23, 1989 in Valencia, California, USA. She is an actress, known for Scream 4 (2011), Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief (2010) and Higher Power (2018).

Marielle Jaffe as Olivia Morris in Scream 4 Olivia's death scene was one of the most violent and horrific in the entire series as she is just brutally stabbed over and over by Ghostface, thrown across her bedroom, even shoved thru her window and yanked back inside, all in front of her two best friends watching in terror from the window next door! One of the series best elements is making you care about the characters no matter how small the role, and you definitely feel the loss when Olivia is murdered!

38. Anthony Anderson

Actor | The Departed

Anthony Anderson is an American actor, comedian and game show host who is known for playing Louis Booker from Kangaroo Jack, Glen Whitmann from Transformers, Ray Ray from The Proud Family and Antwon Mitchell from The Shield. He also acted in Blackish, Hoodwinked, The Departed, Agent Cody Banks 2 ...

Anthony Anderson as Deputy Perkins in Scream 4 All I can say about this one is "OUCH!!!" Seriously!!! I mean, if you were really stabbed, and I mean stabbed hard, in the forehead, and were conscious long enough to feel it, that would have to be one of the worst....I can't even think about this one or write about it any longer!!!

39. Shenae Grimes-Beech

Actress | Scream 4

Shenae Grimes-Beech, previously credited as Shenae Grimes, is a Canadian actress. She portrayed Annie Wilson on The CW series 90210, a spin-off of Fox's Beverly Hills, 90210. Prior to that, she had a recurring role on the television series Naturally, Sadie, and played Darcy Edwards on the CTV ...

Shenae Grimes as Trudie in Scream 4 These next two entries on the list go together, as these two fresh-faced young TV actresses: Shenae Grimes from 90210 and Lucy Hale from Pretty Little Liars are the very first two killed off in the famous opening sequence of the latest Scream sequel. Actually quite inventive and impressive, the scene plays out as if we are being introduced to two new characters being stalked by Ghostface using more modern phone devices than the last entry in this film series, which was back in 2000, but in a surprising twist, turns out they are characters in a film being watched by the next two actresses appearing in this opening sequence! However, this rather unique take on Scream's classic plot device, treats us to six famous TV actresses in the 3 scene intro so these two spots on this list should not only go to Grimes and Hale, but also Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars), Anna Paquin (True Blood), Aimee Teegarden (Friday Night Lights), and Britt Robertson (The Secret Circle). But if you ask me, Grimes is the stand out performance and should be dusting off her resume to add more horror film roles!

40. Lucy Hale

Actress | Truth or Dare

Lucy Hale has captured the attention of millions through her dynamic on-screen performances in some of the most buzzed about projects in film and television. Hale recently starred as the lead, DC Lake Edmunds, in the new series, Ragdoll, which is streaming on AMC and Alibi. Last year, she finished ...

...and Lucy Hale as Sherrie in Scream 4

41. Omar Epps

Actor | House M.D.

Omar Epps is an American actor, starring on the ABC drama Resurrection (2013).

Epps was born in Brooklyn, New York, and was raised by his mother, Bonnie Maria Epps, an elementary school principal. No stranger to the big screen, Epps has appeared in lead roles in feature films, including Paramount's ...

Omar Epps as Phil Stevens in Scream 2 Does Wes Craven has something against the black actors he casts in his Scream flicks?? As previously mentioned, Anthony Anderson's death scene in Scream 4 is hard to handle if you really think about how horrible it would feel to be stabbed in the forehead, but when you think back to Scream 2, it might even be worse to be stabbed in the temple, or side of your face, like Omar Epps' character in the opening sequence of the second Scream movie!

42. Jada Pinkett Smith

Actress | The Matrix Revolutions

Jada Koren Pinkett Smith was born in Baltimore, Maryland, to Robsol Grant Pinkett, Jr., a contractor, and 'Gammy' Adrienne Banfield Norris, a nurse. They divorced after only a few months of marriage. Her father is of African-American descent and her mother is of Afro-Caribbean ancestry (from ...

Jada Pinkett as Maureen Evans in Scream 2 Wes Craven may have intended Jada Pinkett's death scene in the opening of Scream 2 to be the brutal, horrific follow-up to watching Drew Barrymore sliced and diced in the original's opening, but I still think her character's boyfriend, played by Omar Epps, had a worse fate! That stab to the side of his head through the bathroom stall just really had to hurt before he fell to the ground and took his last breath! However, hers was more drawn out, being stabbed over and over in the crowded movie theatre, only to be ignored by everyone else standing around her, figuring it to be another prank in a slew of ongoing practical jokes amongst the audience.

43. Tracy Middendorf

Actress | Wes Craven's New Nightmare

Tracy Middendorf was born on January 26, 1970 in Miami Beach, Florida, USA. She is an actress and producer, known for New Nightmare (1994), Mission: Impossible III (2006) and Scream: The TV Series (2015). She has been married to Franz Wisner since January 2, 2005. They have one child.

Tracy Middendorf as Julie in Wes Craven's New Nightmare When you first notice Middendorf's character, babysitter Julie, you realize she is deader than a doornail! In a scene mirroring the death of Heather Langenkamp's character's best friend in the original Nightmare On Elm Street, Julie is murdered in a similar fashion: in a game of "Skin the cat" as this Nightmare's Freddy calls it! Julie is dragged up the wall and across the ceiling by Freddy's razored glove in a worthwhile performance by Middendorf that should have garnered her more horror film roles.

44. Hanna Hall

Actress | Forrest Gump

Hanna Rose Hall is an American actress. She made her film debut in Forrest Gump (1994), and later appeared in Sofia Coppola's The Virgin Suicides (1999) and Rob Zombie's Halloween (2007). Hall was born in Denver, Colorado. Her family moved into the mountains when she was two years old, but she ...

Hanna Hall as Judith Myers in Rob Zombie's Halloween (2007) In the original Halloween, John Carpenter barely even cast someone in the somewhat pivotal role of Judith Myers, the sister of the now iconic serial killer, Michael Myers, who he began his reign of terror with. Young babysitter Judith meets her dispatch early on within the first few minutes of the classic 1978 horror, which was revamped and redone by modern horror master Rob Zombie in 2007. This time around, the character of Judith and a few other members of young Michael's family are explored in the first act of the film, so Zombie cast a fresh young face, with the exception of her poignant role in Forrest Gump as a young Jenny, newcomer Hanna Hall as premiscuous teen Judith. As in most of Zombie's movies, the characters seem to be more white-trash, most notably the Myers clan in his version of Halloween. So young teenaged Judith is kind of skanky and slutty, as she ignores her younger brother, even making him trick-or-treat alone, in favor of entertaining her equally white-trash boyfriend in her upstairs bedroom. Judith's death scene in the original Carpenter masterpiece was quite memorable as we see it through the killer's eyes, sans Halloween clown mask, but Zombie made sure this sequence of Judith's death would be quite memorable as well. Judith is stabbed repeatedly over and over by her younger brother, while instead of a clown mask, he dons the classic white mask that came to be known as the face of Halloween, early on as it was a mask that Judith's boyfriend Steve taunted her with just before their bedroom tryst. Zombie even inserted the classic "stalking" tempo music from the original film as Michael follows a bloody Judith down the hallway, stabbing her again and again until she finally takes her last breath! Just to recap, this sequence is brutally horrifying!

45. Kevin Bacon

Actor | Footloose

Kevin Norwood Bacon was born on July 8, 1958 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Ruth Hilda (Holmes), an elementary school teacher, and Edmund Norwood Bacon, a prominent architect who was on the cover of Time Magazine in November 1964.

Kevin's early training as an actor came from The Manning Street. ...

Kevin Bacon as Jack in Friday The 13th (1980) So it was 1980 and a little film called Halloween had jump started a new trend which became known as the slasher flick! Along came "Friday The 13th" which followed its predecessor with a bloodier, gorier, longer body count, one of them being a then unknown Kevin Bacon. As Jack, one of several camp counselors to be, he and girlfriend Marcy sneak away to a deserted cabin for a quick romp, something that happened frequently in these types of 80's slashers, and as Marcy wanders off in search of a nearby bathroom, Jack meets his grisly end: as he goes to light up a joint, he feels a few drops of something wet on his forehead (his friend Ned is lying dead in the top bunk above him), but suddenly a strong arm grabs him by the forehead as an arrow comes protruding out of his neck! Yes, I said arrow! As earlier in the film, the rowdy pack of counselors to be were playing with a bow and arrow set! The scene caused quite the controversy as audiences were treated to the gore of shooting blood out of his neck with the arrow came through! Needless to say, I'm sure Kevin preferred to keep this off of resume later on but I'm sure no one ever let him live it down! And why would he want to? It's one of the best horror scenes to come out of the early 80's!!!

46. Robbi Morgan

Actress | Friday the 13th

Cute, spunky and appealing brunette actress Robbi Morgan was born on July 19, 1961. Robbi made her movie debut playing the titular character, as a little girl, in the touching drama, Me, Natalie (1969). Morgan did a wickedly funny and dead-on impression of Mae West while singing the hysterically ...

Robbi Morgan as Annie in Friday The 13th (1980) Closer to the beginning of the film, before Kevin Bacon and friends were introduced, the first major death scene in the movie was Annie, one of the camp counselors to be who was on her way to Crystal Lake via hitchhiking. Too bad that creepy jeep had to come along, secretly driven by who we now know was Mrs. Voorhees, the original Friday The 13th killer, (Jason didn't come along until the sequel...and hey, that was all just a line out of the movie Scream!). Anyways, Annie realizes too late that her generous driver passed the turn towards the camp, and as a last resort, bails out of the jeep by making a jump for it. However, Mrs. Voorhees always gets her man, or woman, as she halts the jeep and chases after poor injured Annie on foot. I remember when I first saw the film, I figured they were introducing Annie as the film's heroine, but I was wrong. This rings true once Annie falls flat on her face at the foot of the killer, and her neck is slit with a long machete. This is the first shot of real gore as we see the blood start to run after the fresh slice of this poor girl's neck! Later on towards the end, the actual heroine Alice stumbles upon Annie's corpse in that jeep and finally finds out what happened to that counselor who never showed up!

47. Jeannine Taylor

Actress | Friday the 13th

Jeannine Taylor was born on June 2, 1954 in Hartford, Connecticut, USA. She is an actress, known for Friday the 13th (1980), The Edge of Night (1956) and The Royal Romance of Charles and Diana (1982). She has been married to James McConnell since February 3, 1990.

Jeannine Taylor as Marcy in Friday The 13th (1980) Meanwhile, back to Jack's girlfriend Marcy, somehow Mrs. Voorhees managed to kill Jack, then scurry off to the girls' shower cabin before Marcy could get there and hide behind one of the curtains! This scene totally creeped me out even more than Jack's as a kid, and this scene really took the cake for gore back in 1980 as Marcy gets an axe lodged right in her forehead! Talk about brutal!!!

48. Tom McBride

Actor | Friday the 13th Part 2

Tom McBride was born on October 7, 1952 in Charleston, West Virginia, USA. He was an actor, known for Friday the 13th Part 2 (1981), Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins (1985) and As the World Turns (1956). He died on September 24, 1995 in New York City, New York, USA.

Tom McBride as Mark in Friday The 13th Part 2 So we're on to Part 2 of Friday The 13th which means these killings from here on out of the Friday films were done by Jason, Mrs. Voorhees presumed dead deformed son who she thought drowned while the counselors weren't paying attention. This character Mark, I felt was in poor taste by Jason, who should have known better, being deformed himself, not to pick on poor Mark, who was in a wheelchair! However, he was training to be a counselor so I guess he had to go! And that he did, with Jason's machete straight across his face, thus pushing his wheelchair down an outdoor flight of stairs!

49. Lauren-Marie Taylor

Actress | Friday the 13th Part 2

Lauren-Marie Taylor was born in the Bronx, New York. She known for Friday the 13th Part 2 (1981), Girls Nite Out (1982) and Neighbors (1982). From 1983-1995, Lauren starred as Stacey Donovan Forbes on ABC's Daytime Drama, Loving. She followed up her tenure on Loving with a hosting gig on Handmade ...

Lauren Marie Taylor as Vicky in Friday The 13th Part 2 Vicky was off slipping into something a bit more comfortable as they say when she shouldn't have left her wheelchair-bound date for the night Mark's side, so she comes back to the main cabin, and goes upstairs to look for him, or any of their other friends, when she comes upon the two lovers who were impaled together with that large arrow someone was goofing around with earlier in the film. But alas, Jason pops up out of the bed, wearing what I think was scarier than the hockey mask he dons in Part 3: the pillowcase with one eyehole cut out! He stabs Vicky's leg first with a large butcher knife, then slowly backs her into a corner and finishes her off with one fatal thrust of that knife which he pointed downward, and I don't know if the director meant for it to look like he stabbed just her stomach or lower, like her private parts!!! Ewww!!!!!!!!!!

50. Catherine Parks

Actress | Friday the 13th Part III

Catherine Parks was born on December 10, 1956 in Tampa, Florida, USA. She is an actress, known for Friday the 13th: Part 3 (1982), Weekend at Bernie's (1989) and The Man in the Family (1991).

Catherine Parks as Vera in Friday The 13th Part 3 in 3D Easily mistaken as the 'survivor girl' in this installment, since Vera was the single girl being set up with the loser geek, not to mention beautiful and a better actress than Dana Kimmell, who was the actual survivor girl, Vera shares some interesting scenes with geek Shelly prior to their death scenes involving a biker gang in town. When she is finally killed off, she dies believing her date Shelly is the one shooting her right in the eye with an arrow gun! We hear a fatal gasp after the arrow, looking cool in 3D, strikes her in one of her eyes and she falls into the lake!

51. Jeffrey Rogers

Actor | Friday the 13th Part III

Jeffrey Rogers was born on July 2, 1963. He is an actor, known for Friday the 13th: Part 3 (1982), The Karate Kid Part II (1986) and Surf II (1983).

Jeffrey Rogers as Andy in Friday The 13th Part 3 in 3D Andy's death was rather inventive. Since he was always walking around on his hands for fun, must have been a talent of the actor's, Andy is literally chopped in half by Jason as he 'walks' thru the hallway upstairs and Jason's machete slices him right down the middle! We later see his cut up corpse above his girlfriend Debbie's bed just before she is dispatched!

52. Tracie Savage

Actress | Friday the 13th Part III

Tracie Savage was born on November 7, 1962 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. She is an actress and producer, known for Friday the 13th: Part 3 (1982), Little House on the Prairie (1974) and Friendly Persuasion (1975).

Tracie Savage as Debbie in Friday The 13th Part 3 in 3D Debbie returns to the bedroom after her shower, not knowing that her boyfriend was just split in half, and climbs into their interesting guest room bed: a hammock! As she flips thru a magazine, Jason, learning a trick from his mama, gets her from underneath as he grabs her by the forehead and shoves his machete right up thru her chest. (Remember Kevin Bacon's death scene in the original by Mrs. Voorhees?)

53. Judie Aronson

Actress | Weird Science

Born in Los Angeles, California, the fourth of five daughters, she was dubbed "the baby with the beat" by her family - a title she earned for her frequent song and dance routines. Aronson began her professional acting career at a young age. In the height of her success, she left acting to attend ...

Judie Aronson as Samantha in Friday The 13th Part 4: The Final Chapter My favorite "Friday" girl and major movie crush girl, Judie's Samantha heads off to take a late night skinny-dip in the murky waters of Crystal Lake after storming out of the house party where all of her friends are, including boyfriend Paul, who was about to cheat on her with one of the twins. Samantha swims naked out to a yellow raft just floating in the middle of the lake and climbs inside, lying on her stomach so she can keep an eye out for Paul, who she hopes will follow her to make up. Suddenly, Jason pops up out of the water, simultaneously thrusting a dagger up through the bottom of the raft into Sam's stomach, protruding out of her back! Apparently, Jason used skills formerly learned throughout his lifetime, like jumping up out of the lake to shock and surprise a girl, and that weapon of choice (arrows, machete) being thrust through bunk beds, mattresses, hammocks, and now rafts!

54. Crispin Glover

Actor | What Is It?

While he's never been a typical leading man, Crispin Glover has distinguished himself as one of the most intriguing personalities in the movie business. His unusual characters and personal projects have inspired a cult-like following that has dubbed him both madman and genius.

The son of actress and...

Crispin Glover as Jimmy in Friday The 13th Part 4: The Final Chapter "Hey Ted, where the hell is the god damn corkscrew??" You asked for it George McFly!! Jason slams the corkscrew down onto Jimmy's hand nailing it to the counter and then flings his machete right across his face! Later, the survivor girl has to rip his body down from blocking the doorway as Jason nailed him by the hands to be an obstacle for Trish (Kimberly Beck).

55. Camilla More

Actress | Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter

Camilla More was born on October 15, 1957 in London, England, UK. She is an actress and producer, known for Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter (1984), The Dark Side of the Moon (1990) and General Hospital (1963).

Camilla More as Tina in Friday The 13th Part 4: The Final Chapter This particular Friday The 13th film featured a set of twins! Hotties Camilla and Carey More, their only other credit that I know of was on Days of our Lives, also in the 80's as Gillian and Grace. Here, they are riding their bikes in the woods on their way to swim at Crystal Lake when they run into the core group of teens who will be slaughtered in this installment. As usual with twins, one is good and one is not so good. Camilla played Tina, the sexier, flirty slut who steals Judie Aronson's boyfriend away later at a party, and Carey played the boring sister, Terry. After giving up on the aforementioned taken boyfriend she moves on to Crispin Glover's single Jimmy, and they bang in an upstairs bedroom. Afterwards, after Jimmy goes down to the kitchen and READ ABOVE...Tina is peering through the rainy window for any sign of her sister when Jason's hand shatters through that window grabbing a hold of her and tossing her out!! They show this part in slower motion as Tina's body falls on top of the other teenagers station wagon breaking the windows in it and toppling onto the ground!

56. Peter Barton

Actor | Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter

Peter Barton was born on July 19, 1956 in Valley Stream, Long Island, New York, USA. He is an actor, known for Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter (1984), Hell Night (1981) and The Powers of Matthew Star (1982).

Peter Barton as Dave in Friday The 13th Part 4: The Final Chapter At least Barton's character gets to have sex for the first time with his girlfriend Sarah, see next entry, before his face is brutally smashed in by Jason while he's still in the shower!!!

57. Barbara Howard

Actress | Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter

Barbara Howard was born on November 4, 1956 in Palatine, Illinois, USA. She is an actress, known for Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter (1984), Falcon Crest (1981) and White Palace (1990).

Barbara Howard as Sarah in Friday The 13th Part 4: The Final Chapter After Sarah, clad only in a towel, goes back into the bathroom to check on boyfriend Dave, who is now hanging on the wall next to the shower by his head, she discovers his grisly body and runs screaming downstairs calling out her b.f.f. Samantha's name. Little does she know Sam is dead too, see earlier entry of Samantha who died in the raft on the lake. As Sarah tries frantically to get the front door open to escape, Jason, who has somehow gotten outside the cabin, throws a hatchet straight thru the door lodging directly into Sarah's chest! She falls backwards and dies. When I first saw this movie, I figured Sarah as the survivor, since she seemed like the demure virginal character who usually lives in horror flicks, however that title went to neighbor girl Trish, played by Kimberly Beck!

58. Erich Anderson

Actor | Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter

Erich Anderson is known for Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter (1984), Unfaithful (2002) and NCIS (2003). He has been married to Saxon Trainor since November 29, 2003.

E. Erich Anderson as Rob Dyer in Friday The 13th Part 4: The Final Chapter To me, this was one of the most disappointing and upsetting deaths of the franchise, as we were finally introduced to a worthy male character of being a survivor at the end and a worthy opponent of Jason, since he was in the woods to begin with to avenge his sister Sandra's death. (She was the character in Friday Part 2 who was killed along with boyfriend Jeff by the double impalement while in bed.) Anderson plays Rob, a handsome love interest for one of the actual survivors, Trish, but when he runs into the basement to look for Jason in the finale of the film, he is attacked by the killer and hacked to death with a hammer I believe was the tool of choice!

59. Renée Jones

Actress | Days of Our Lives

Renée Jones was born on October 15, 1958 in Opa-Locka, Florida, USA. She is an actress, known for Days of Our Lives (1965), Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives (1986) and The Bold and the Beautiful (1987).

Renee Jones as Sissy Baker in Jason Lives: Friday The 13th Part 6 Jones, one of many daytime soap opera stars to star in a Friday flick (She has played Dr. Lexie Carver for nearly 20 years on Days of our Lives), plays one of the camp counselors to be in Part 6 named Sissy, and she dies a very gruesome and brutal death by Jason: her head is twisted completely off and tossed aside, later placed in the driver's seat of a police squad car to be found by Sissy's friend Megan, the "final girl" of this installment!

60. Kerry Noonan

Actress | Jason Lives: Friday the 13th Part VI

Kerry Noonan was born on January 25, 1960. She is an actress, known for Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives (1986), Misfits of Science (1985) and The Twilight Zone (1985). She is married to Steve Wehmeyer. They have one child.

Kerry Noonan as Paula in Jason Lives: Friday The 13th Part 6 Paula is Sissy and Megan's friend and another camp counselor to be in Part 6, that alike Barbara Howard's character Sarah in Part 4, I pegged her to end up as the survivor rather than the seemingly flirty, sexy Megan, since Paula was the more wholesome, innocent ones of this group. I was wrong however, as Paula is the last teen to be slaughtered in this one, and slaughtered she is indeed, in a very suspenseful scene that keeps you on the edge of your seat wondering when she is actually gonna meet her doom as she runs around the camp looking for any of her friends. Finally, Jason barges thru her cabin door, providing one of this flick's best jump moments, and her death is shown from outside of the cabin, as you hear screams and see blood splatter across the windows, and eventually Paula's body is thrown halfway through one of the windows, only to be grabbed back by Jason and pulled back inside to be finished off! When her friend Megan finally arrives later to check on her and the others, she finds a horribly bloody aftermath inside Paula's cabin!

61. Darcy DeMoss

Actress | Can't Buy Me Love

Darcy DeMoss was born on August 19, 1963 in Los Angeles, California, USA. She is an actress, known for Can't Buy Me Love (1987), Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives (1986) and Clown Fear (2020). She has been married to Jack Lippman since 2000.

Darcy DeMoss as Nikki in Jason Lives: Friday The 13th Part 6 One of the more inventive and memorable death scenes, at least from this installment, was of the character Nikki, who is a girl that the only male camp counselor, Cort, picks up later at night to go have some fun in her parents' winnebago! After a romp in the woods, Cort takes the wheel and blasts the stereo, leaving Nikki to bounce around in the back and he drives around recklessly. Eventually, Jason storms out of the little bathroom grabbing Nikki and pulling her back into the tiny little room where they struggle, then he smashes her face into the mirror and the imprint of her face is shown from the outside of the vehicle!! Corny but effective!

62. Susan Jennifer Sullivan

Actress | Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood

Susan Jennifer Grace Sullivan is known for Gattaca (1997), Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood (1988), Click: The Calendar Girl Killer (1990), and Charles in Charge (1984). She was married to director Andrew Niccol from 1991 until their divorce in 2002. She is a cancer survivor and still lives ...

Susan Jennifer Sullivan as Melissa in Friday The 13th Part 7: The New Blood Melissa is the resident bitch of this lame group of teens who throw a party at a cabin next door to a teenaged girl named Tina, who is Friday The 13th's impression of Stephen King's Carrie, with her telekinetic powers. Anyways, audiences actually cheer when Jason finally shows up outside the door when Melissa is about to walk out after an argument with Tina, and he strikes her right in the forehead with an axe (a trick he must have learned from his mother, Mrs. Voorhees, who did this same thing to Marcy in the original Friday), and then he throws Melissa's staggering body across the room with the axe still lodged in her head!

63. Sandee Currie

Actress | Terror Train

Sandee Currie was an actress, known for Terror Train (1980), Curtains (1983) and Street Justice (1987). She died on November 3, 1996.

Sandee Currie as Mitchy in Terror Train Terror Train was a really creepy flick to come out of the 80's starring none other than genre favorite Jamie Lee Curtis as Alana, and Currie played Alana's best friend, Mitchy, who was the sexy flirt of their group. She sneaks off with one of the guys halfway through the movie, which is actually the killer who traded costumes with her friend after he killed him, so Mitchy thinks she is about to mess around with someone else. Her actual demise is not on-screen, just her scream when she realizes the man she's climbed in bed with is the killer, but later when Alana finds her, her throat has been slashed!

64. Jennifer Rubin

Actress | A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors

Strikingly beautiful and a multi-talented performer, Jennifer Collene Rubin is an American actress, model, screenwriter, and producer, with a career spanning nearly four decades. She was voted Ford International Model of the Year in 1984. She gained fame for her pictures in Harper Bazaar, Vogue, ...

Jennifer Rubin as Taryn in Nightmare On Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors Nightmare 3 not only featured the return of the survivor girl from the original, Nancy (Heather Langenkamp), but also a band of suicidal teens being hospitalized in a mental ward, who are all having similar nightmares about Freddy. Rubin plays struggling drug addict Taryn, who turns into a punk-rock, leather clad badass in her final dream with switchblades to fend off Freddy, however Krueger uses her weakness against her, and replaces his knives-for-fingers for four drug needles and violently plunges them into the scars on her arm, giving her a heroine overdose!

65. Charles Cyphers

Actor | Halloween

Charles is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. He also took drama classes at Los Angeles City College and is a graduate of Cal. State at LA, receiving his BA in theatre arts. Aside from his many film and tv credits he is especially proud of his body of work in the LA theatre. He ...

Charles Cyphers as Dan in The Fog (1980) One of my other favorite 80's spookfests, John Carpenter's The Fog, which featured several members of the Halloween cast, his earlier horror hit, including Jamie Lee Curtis, Nancy Loomis, and Cyphers, along with star Adrienne Barbeau, and Curtis's mom, Janet Leigh, star of the first great horror slasher, Psycho. Cyphers' character the Sheriff in Halloween survived Michael Myers, but his character is this movie, Dan the weather man, does not survive the fog! After a creepy banging at the front door of the weather station as the fog surrounds the building and Dan talks on speaker phone to his love interest, the radio deejay, played by Barbeau, he answers the door only to be attacked by what comes from the fog, as Barbeau hears his fateful screams! Dan can barely be seen amidst the fog being hacked up by fish hooks and swords by what is later confirmed to be ghosts lurking in the fog!

66. Richard Rebiere

Actor | Adventures in Babysitting

Richard Rebiere is known for Adventures in Babysitting (1987), Happy Birthday to Me (1981) and Back in Action (1994).

Richard Rebiere as Greg Hellman in Happy Birthday To Me Rebiere played one of my favorite characters in this group of teens as athletic preppy jock Greg, and he is in his garage lifting weights when the killer arrives, unseen to the audience, but is obviously someone in their group since Greg talks to them as so, and asks them to add some more weights on as he lies back on the weight bench. The killer puts on way too many as Greg struggles to even lift a couple times but then the killer pulls away the rack behind Greg so he can't put the weights down and he is left struggling to keep them in the air, but finally the killer drops another one of the weights right on his stomach so he drops the ones he's holding right on his own neck! Viewers can hear him gurgling for moments afterwards, which is presumably him choking on his own blood, and at the splatterfest at the end of the flick, Greg's body can be seen with his bloody neck smashed in! This was a hard scene to describe but hopefully you get the jist!

67. Tracey E. Bregman

Actress | The Young and the Restless

Tracey E. Bregman was born on May 29, 1963 in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. She is an actress, known for The Young and the Restless (1973), The Bold and the Beautiful (1987) and Days of Our Lives (1965). She was previously married to Ronald Recht.

Tracey Bregman as Ann Thomerson in Happy Birthday To Me The star of this film, Melissa Sue Anderson from Little House On The Prairie, plays Virginia, who near the end of the film, finds her best friend Ann, one of the last of the teens left, drowned in her bath tub! Her actual demise wasn't shown, just that horrific vision of her body floating in the bath water, which drowning always bothers me!

68. Helene Udy

Actress | Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman

Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, but a dual citizen with a British passport, Helene Udy is best known for playing edgy, rough hewn and often sympathetic portrayals of misunderstood characters the most well known of which is the series regular prostitute "Myra" on the popular CBS TV Western Dr. ...

Helene Udy as Sylvia in My Bloody Valentine (1981) One of the most suspenseful and memorable scenes of this other 80's classic, Sylvia is first terrorized by several of the miners work outfits which start dropping from the ceiling, as they are all hung around the locker room, scaring the girl half to death, until she eventually runs smack into the real thing, the killer! He grabs Sylvia by her head and carries her off to the showers as she flails about kicking and screaming, and then he violently thrusts her head upon one of the shower pipes, leaving her body hanging and water spouting through her head!

69. Megan Boone

Actress | Accused

Megan Boone was born in Petoskey, Michigan, USA. She is an actress, known for Accused (2023), The Underground Railroad (2021) and The Blacklist (2013). She has been married to Dan Estabrook since 2016. They have one child.

Megan Boone as Megan in My Bloody Valentine (2009) Megan is the attractive slutty girl who is sleeping with the heroine's sheriff husband, even though the main girl is her boss at the local grocery store, where the two of them get trapped inside the store late at night with the killer. The best scene in this remake of the original, as it keeps you on the edge of your seat as the two girls fight to escape out of the store alive, all the while the audience knowing that Megan is not gonna make it, since she has practically had a sign reading "DEAD" on her forehead throughout the entire movie. As they try to climb out a small window in the office, they realize too late that the killer probably gave up trying to break into the office and went around...and yes, he grabs Megan from outside the window and pulls her the rest of the way out. When the sheriff finds her later in the alley, her heart has been ripped out of her body!

70. Amanda Wyss

Actress | The Id

Born and raised in Manhattan Beach, California, Amanda Wyss, was discovered playing the titular character (Rhoda Penmark) in a production of "The Bad Seed" at an LA theater. She quickly found work in commercials before landing a guest starring role in television's science fiction hit Buck Rogers in...

Amanda Wyss as Tina Gray in Nightmare On Elm Street (1984) Paving the way for later imitations of her classic death scene, Tina is dragged from her bed up to the ceiling by Freddy in her dream, and then slashed across her chest in mid-air! Tracy Middendorf's character Julie in New Nightmare and Katie Cassidy's Kris in the Nightmare remake were killed the same way!!

71. Kellan Lutz

Actor | The Twilight Saga: Eclipse

Actor and model Kellan Lutz was born in Dickinson, North Dakota, to Karla (Theesfeld) and Bradley Lutz. He has six brothers and a sister, and is of German, as well as smaller amounts of English, Swedish, and Dutch, descent. As a child, his family moved around, and he grew up in North Dakota, the ...

Kellan Lutz as Dean Russell in Nightmare On Elm Street (2010) I loved the Nightmare On Elm Street remake and the opening scene in the diner featuring all of the main teen characters is awesome, especially the unexpected death of Dean, played by Twilight hunk Kellan Lutz. (Seems like they were using a Scream trick by killing off someone famous in the opening scene!) Dean ends up slashing his own neck with a steak knife right in front of classmate Kris, played by Katie Cassidy, however in his dream it is Freddy Krueger doing the slashing!

Danielle Harris as Tosh Guaneri in Urban Legend This is one of the best scenes in Urban Legend, featuring scream queen Danielle Harris in her return to horror films after a long hiatus after a real life ordeal with a stalker. Harris plays goth chick Tosh, the college dorm roommate of the main heroine, who is known for having online trysts come to their room late at night. So as she is being murdered by the killer, her roommate drowns out her moans with headphones, thinking she has just "hooked up" again, only to find her mutilated corpse in the morning!

73. Ryan Phillippe

Actor | Crash

Ryan Phillippe was born on September 10, 1974 in New Castle, Delaware, to Susan (Thomas), a nurse, and Richard Phillippe, a chemical technician. He has three sisters, Kirsten, Lindsay, and Katelyn, and attended New Castle Baptist Academy. Ryan's acting career began with the soap opera One Life to ...

Ryan Phillippe as Barry Cox in I Know What You Did Last Summer In this late 90's hit by screenwriter Kevin Williamson, the creator of Scream, which premiered two months before Scream 2 and is actually a very entertaining movie with some good performances. However, Ryan Phillippe has the daunting task of playing one of those characters that you just cannot stand and are actually counting the minutes before his dispatch! He's just such a jackass throughout the whole movie, as he plays preppy quarterback Barry Cox, making viewers wonder why Sarah Michelle Gellar's character Helen would ever date him. Then again, don't all kinds of jackass jocks get the pretty girls in high school? Well, Barry eventually gets his comeuppance by the mysterious killer, who is just getting revenge on the kids for running him over and then dumping his body in the bay! And it really was Barry's fault to begin with so he deserves the hacking up he gets with a fishhook!!!

74. Johnny Galecki

Actor | The Big Bang Theory

John Mark Galecki was born in Bree, Belgium, to American parents; his father was stationed there while serving in the U.S. Air Force. When he was three years old, his family moved to Chicago, Illinois, where he grew up with his parents, Mary Lou and Richard Galecki, and siblings, sister Allison (...

Johnny Galecki as Max in I Know What You Did Last Summer This is actually the more gruesome death scene in this flick that should have happened to the jackass character listed before this one, since Ryan Phillippe's Barry deserved it more than poor Max, played by lovable Johnny Galecki from Christmas Vacation, Roseanne, and later on the star of Big Bang Theory. Max was the offbeat good guy from the wrong side of the tracks who has a crush on Jennifer Love Hewitt's character Julie, but gets bullied around by Phillippe. And for no apparent reason, the vengeful fisherman kills Max by slamming a fish hook straight up thru his neck, forcing his whole body up, then back down on a fishgutting table!!!

75. Emmanuelle Chriqui

Actress | Wrong Turn

Emmanuelle Chriqui was born in Montreal, Quebec, to Moroccan Jewish immigrants, Liliane (Benisty) and Albert Chriqui. Her family moved to Toronto when she was two years old. At the age of 10, Chriqui appeared in a McDonald's commercial. She moved to Vancouver, guest-starring in series such as Are ...

Emmanuelle Chriqui as Carly in Wrong Turn Carly turns out to be that really whiny annoying horror film character that you know is going to bite it eventually just to shut the person up and make audiences cheer! While trying to escape via tree branches, the deranged deformed hillbillies hack an axe straight across Carly's face, making the rest of her body from the middle of her face on down, just drop out of sight towards the ground!!! Pure cheesy terror!

76. Jeremy Sisto

Jeremy Sisto as Scott in Wrong Turn At first, Scott was beginning to become that annoying character that Carly plays out to be, by uttering the word "Baby" every five seconds as a term of endearment for his fiancee' but when he sacrifices himself to save the rest of the group and his beloved, by acting as a decoy, he doesn't count on the freaks of these woods to be experts at archery. That sound that an arrow makes as it soars thru the air then sticks into human flesh is horrifying, which is exactly what his girl and friends have to witness as well!

77. Anne Heche

Angie Dickinson as Kate Miller in Dressed To Kill This was a very frightening scene to me as a young kid, as I was not quite used to the brilliant filmmaking of Brian DePalma, especially when after leaving a one night stand's apartment, Angie Dickinson's married character Kate Miller is viciously and brutally slashed to death in the elevator by a razor wielding man in drag that had been following her.

DJ Van Ville born and raised in the city Streets of LA, also a citizen to Berlin, speaks English and German. He began with making a name for himself in the acting world, getting roles and scenes along side Billy Bob Thornton, Owen Wilson, Martin Lawrence, Adrien Brody, Sean William Scott, etc.

With ...

Max Van Ville as Paul in Rob Zombie's Halloween Sorry haters of the Rob Zombie Halloweens, but there are tons of great things about both of his entries in the series that are completely ignored and underrated, many just small details, like the fact that we actually see the character of Paul in his version unlike him just being John Carpenter's voice on the phone to girlfriend Annie in the original! For one, the scene is one of the best of the remake's simply because of Danielle Harris, who ditched her image of Jamie from H4 and H5 that was cemented in our minds for so many years, by recreating the iconic role of sassy best friend Annie Brackett who manages to survive Michael's attack in RZ's version. However only on-screen for moments, Max's Paul endured a violent death and then became one of the most memorable Halloween decorations in any of the Halloween films: Pumpkinhead Paul!!!

Eating in a local restaurant, ...

Sarah Michelle Gellar as Karen Davis in The Grudge 2 This is simply just a slap in the face to anyone who cared that she survived the first Grudge film!!! Apparently, some of the horror films of the 90s and on continued that trend from the 80s where 'final girls' or 'survivor girls' as I used to call them were killed off in the following sequels! Like Adrienne King in Friday The 13th Part 2 or Ellie Cornell in Halloween 5, Sarah Michelle's lead character in The Grudge became yet another horror movie casualty in its sequel!

100. Thomas Jane

Actor | Boogie Nights

Thomas Jane is an American actor who is known for portraying Frank Castle from the 2004 Marvel Comics film The Punisher and the 2012 fan film Dirty Laundry. He also was in Boogie Nights, The Thin Red Line, Deep Blue Sea, The Predator, 1922, The Mist and Evening Raga of the West.

Thomas Jane in The Mist Actually, this #100 spot on the list goes to Thomas Jane's character in The Mist, although he doesn't actually die on-screen, you can imagine he found a way to kill himself faster than he shot his fellow survivors of The Mist in the car to save them from the monsters inside The Mist, just moments before they could have been rescued by the military!!! This scene packed the worst punch in any horror film I've ever seen, and leaves you unable to stop thinking about it for days! So actually, this final spot on my list also goes to Jane's co-stars in the film: Laurie Holden, Jeffrey Demunn, Frances Sternhagen, and Nathan Gamble who played his son, because they were the characters who Jane's character used his last four bullets on in the gut wrenching finale of The Mist!
