Fairytales Come Alive!
by saarvardi | created - 14 Apr 2016 | updated - 3 months ago | PublicOne of the biggest trends of the 2010's is adopting old fairytales and folklor with a dash of fantasy in it, and giving it a new "real life" take. The most prominent example is Disney Pictures taking nearly every animated classic in the back-category and re-inventing it, earning big bucks at the process. In light of the upcoming releases of both The Jungle Book (which is fairytale-ish, but purely riding on the recent trend) and The Huntsman, I decided to take a look at all releases I could remember (even going back a few years) that correspond with this notion. Enjoy!
