This film is recommended at all costs. One of the most realistic depictions of how it is to be a teenager today in Norway's capital, Oslo.
The film has actual teenagers playing the roles, and during filming they were told to improvise, so it feels very realistic.
The movie currently has a 5.7/10 rating here on IMDB, but has mostly been down-voted due to the older generation and because of racism against immigrants. At release this film was heavily discussed in Norway, but received critical acclaim by the critics.
The film can be served as a warning to both teens and parents as it shows that your actions can have consequences.

Not a teen film per se, but it definitely feels like one.

One of the best coming of age films ever made. 12 years in the making served it really well, as you see the cast aging in front of your eyes and improve on their acting as the time passes. I REALLY recommend that you see this film. You will not be disappointed.
