1. Grown Ups (I) (2010)

PG-13 | 102 min | Comedy

30 Metascore

After their high school basketball coach passes away, five good friends and former teammates reunite for a Fourth of July holiday weekend.

Director: Dennis Dugan | Stars: Adam Sandler, Salma Hayek, Kevin James, Chris Rock

Votes: 276,812 | Gross: $162.00M

How does Adam Sandler keep getting movie deals? The last good movie he was in was "The Wedding Singer", since then its been one long, twisted, horrible ride down the poop slide. Plus who can belive that Selma Hayek would marry him? WTF not to mention Katie Holmes in the vomit inducing "Jack and Jill"

2. Grown Ups 2 (2013)

PG-13 | 101 min | Comedy

19 Metascore

After moving his family back to his hometown to be with his friends and their kids, Lenny finds out that between old bullies, new bullies, schizo bus drivers, drunk cops on skis, and four hundred costumed party crashers sometimes crazy follows you.

Director: Dennis Dugan | Stars: Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spade

Votes: 169,645 | Gross: $133.67M

One piece of garbage was not enough for these film makers who seem to think that 50 something washed up comics are funny (can you say Eddie Murphy) how this sequel ever got off the floor is beyond me as the first one totally sucked. Please save your money or give it to a homeless person, but don't waste renting this bomb.

3. Jack and Jill (I) (2011)

PG | 91 min | Comedy

23 Metascore

Family guy, Jack Sadelstein, prepares for the annual event he always dreads--the Thanksgiving visit of his fraternal twin sister, the needy, and passive-aggressive Jill, who then refuses to leave.

Director: Dennis Dugan | Stars: Adam Sandler, Katie Holmes, Al Pacino, Elodie Tougne

Votes: 90,474 | Gross: $74.16M

If one bad Adam Sandler is not enough they use cheap split screen to give you two of them. All I can say is that it will take hundreds of years for the steam from this pile of poop to evaporate. Do yourself a favor and watch Green Acres straight for 24 hours, it will be less painful. How Katie Holmes and Al Pacino got talked into this Ishtar of 2011 is beyond me.

4. The Fifth Estate (2013)

R | 128 min | Biography, Crime, Drama

49 Metascore

A dramatic thriller based on real events that reveals the quest to expose the deceptions and corruptions of power that turned an Internet upstart into the 21st century's most fiercely debated organization.

Director: Bill Condon | Stars: Benedict Cumberbatch, Daniel Brühl, Carice van Houten, Alicia Vikander

Votes: 42,721 | Gross: $3.25M

WTF with the title, it makes no sense and most people would not get what it has to do with Wikilinks or Wikileaks or WHATEVER! It also goes to show that most people don't give a damn about Julian Assange, thus the worst opening of a film in 25 years. Jaws 3 opened to better reviews and box office then this schlock.

5. Prometheus (I) (2012)

R | 124 min | Adventure, Mystery, Sci-Fi

64 Metascore

Following clues to the origin of mankind, a team finds a structure on a distant moon, but they soon realize they are not alone.

Director: Ridley Scott | Stars: Noomi Rapace, Logan Marshall-Green, Michael Fassbender, Charlize Theron

Votes: 644,660 | Gross: $126.48M

My mother always said, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything.

6. All About Steve (2009)

PG-13 | 99 min | Comedy, Family, Romance

17 Metascore

Convinced that a CCN cameraman is her true love, an eccentric crossword puzzler trails him as he travels all over the country, hoping to convince him that they belong together.

Director: Phil Traill | Stars: Sandra Bullock, Bradley Cooper, Thomas Haden Church, Ken Jeong

Votes: 44,446 | Gross: $33.86M

This movie is one of the worst career mistakes Sandra Bullock ever made. This movie is so insipid and Bullock's character is so unlikable that the ONLY thing that made me sit through it was Bradley Cooper (and this was a huge mistake for him as well). Fortunately we have a loving and forgiving God and both Sandra and Bradley have redeemed themselves with quality films like "Silverlinings Playbook" and "The Blind Side"

7. Paul Blart: Mall Cop (2009)

PG | 91 min | Action, Comedy, Crime

39 Metascore

When a shopping mall is taken over by a gang of organized crooks, it's up to a mild-mannered security guard to save the day.

Director: Steve Carr | Stars: Kevin James, Keir O'Donnell, Jayma Mays, Raini Rodriguez

Votes: 117,468 | Gross: $20.82M

I don't get the fan base of Kevin James, he is just not that funny. It's bad enough that "King of Queens" is in repeats on every cable channel, but to actually pay to see him in a movie is,well, vomit inducing. James seems to use his weight as one big joke and it falls flat every time, I don't understand why a studio would want to back a film with him in it. This movie is sooooo bad you might be able to get through ten minutes before reaching for your barf bag.

8. Couples Retreat (2009)

PG-13 | 113 min | Comedy

23 Metascore

A comedy centered around four couples who settle into a tropical-island resort for a vacation. While one of the couples is there to work on the marriage, the others fail to realize that participation in the resort's therapy sessions is not optional.

Director: Peter Billingsley | Stars: Vince Vaughn, Malin Akerman, Jon Favreau, Jason Bateman

Votes: 114,899 | Gross: $109.21M

What happened to the Vince Vaughn from "Swingers"? he was so cool and so hot, now he seems to take any horrible script that comes his way and as for hot, well not so much anymore, plus he's a Republican yuck. Well back to this horrible movie. You would think with a cast like this you could have the makings of a great comedy, NOT, not only is this one of the worst films of 2009, it should have given great pause to anyone trying to cast Vaughn in such future endevours. The script is horrible and not funny. Everyone looks like they are there to make their money and leave. No chemistry and just plain awful.

9. The Ugly Truth (2009)

R | 96 min | Comedy, Romance

28 Metascore

An uptight television producer takes control of a morning show segment on modern relationships hosted by a misogynistic man.

Director: Robert Luketic | Stars: Katherine Heigl, Gerard Butler, Bree Turner, Eric Winter

Votes: 230,537 | Gross: $88.92M

"You've always given me my share of bad movies, because you knew I'd make them work. But I can't keep doing it LB" Katherine could learn a few things from Joan Crawford, you can only keep putting out bad movies for just so long, then it's back to the perfume counter for you. It's been all down hill for Katherine since "27 Dresses" and the fact that she is back in supporting roles should make her take a little closer look at the scripts and co-stars she is accepting. There was absolutely no chemisty between Gerald Butler and Katherine in this move, zero, nada, none. This fact, plus a bad script took this turkey to the Rotten Tomatoes hall of fame in record time. They should force terrorists to watch this on a loop and they would get more information out of them then waterboarding ever could.

10. Hindenburg: The Last Flight (2011)

180 min | Action, Drama, Thriller

About the supposed conspiracy that led to the catastrophic deadly crash of the Hindeburg zeppelin in 1937.

Stars: Hannes Jaenicke, Maximilian Simonischek, Lauren Lee Smith, Stacy Keach

Votes: 1,169

I happened to stumble across this on Encore the other day. Apparently no acting experience was needed to grab any role on this boring, horrible retelling of the Hindenburg disaster. Starring no one you have ever heard of except Stacey Keech in an almost cameo role. The story is completely different that the 1975 original Hindenburg starring George C Scott and Anne Bancroft. I have never witnessed such horrible bland acting in my life! The special effects were good and sets were quite stunning but the cast is horrible. Don't waste your time on this, watch the original which is great.
