For example one of the lists I saw had Selena Gomez, now I'm not a huge Selena fan either but I think we can all agree she's not ugly list worthy, there are plenty of other actors and actresses we would all put ahead of her. Anyways, so this list is based ONLY on looks, no biases according to performance. Just FYI I love the performance of a lot of these actors, but I strongly agree that they are horribly ugly. The list is not ranked worst to best, it's completely random!
