The Scenes with a young Vito Corleone played by Robert De Niro were the reason i believe this to be my favourite of the two although both are classics and pieces of mastery, but i feel being able to see the start of The Corleone Empire and the struggles Vito had to go through and the brilliant way we could watch this character become who he was in The Godfather was brilliant and a great testament to the brilliance of Robert De Niro to even be mentioned as a good performance when he followed the same character that was brought to us by the great Marlon Brando with one of the greatest Leading Performances of all time in the Original Godfather.
