In this week’s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Erika Jayne announced that she gave up fighting for lent. But given what we know about her upcoming feud with Denise Richards, she may have some repenting to do.
At BravoCon last weekend, TVLine talked to Erika and her castmate Kyle Richards about what to expect from the rest of Rhobh Season 13 — namely, an explosive dinner with Denise.

Kyle Richards took a deep breath before opening up to Andy Cohen about the decision to separate from husband Mauricio Umansky.
“It originated from me,” she told the Watch What Happens Live host and Bravo boss, before turning talk to how her family handled the news breaking about the beloved Real Housewives of Beverly Hills pair, who have been married for 27 years and announced their separation to much surprise in July.
Of the social media response and subsequent rumors speculating about what caused the split, Richards said, “When the news first came out, it was really, really devastating. The whole family. Our phones were blowing up. My kids were just crying, and wouldn’t leave the house. It was really, really difficult.”
She added of her four daughters (Farrah Brittany Aldjufrie, Alexia Simone Umansky, Sophia Kylie Umansky and Portia Umansky), “But now they’re much better and they’re really strong.

When it was reported that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards and her husband of 27 years, Buying Beverly Hills boss Mauricio Umansky, were separating after 27 years, my social media feed was filled with sheer devastation. Not since Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow “consciously uncoupled” have I seen such public mourning. It’s one of life’s mysteries: How two people who seemed so perfect for each other just couldn’t stay together. If this is the fate of rich, hot people, then what hope is there for the rest of us?...

Psychic Allison DuBois’ phone blew up when the news broke that Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky were separating. Dubois infamously predicted at the “dinner from hell” on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills that Umansky would never fully satisfy Richards.
She recently reflected on the separation, sharing that she was not surprised the couple was having issues, but didn’t envision it was because of infidelity on Richards’ part – especially one with country singer Morgan Wade.
Allison DuBois was surprised by rumors that Kyle Richards was with Morgan Wade
DuBois wished Richards the best, doubling down on her “dinner from hell” remark. “She must have needed something emotionally. And I hope she found it. That’s great if she found that with someone, she must have been needing it for a long time,” she said on the Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef podcast.

Last time Patricia Arquette was staring an Emmy in the face it was 2007, and she was on her second nomination for playing Allison Dubois in Medium—the pretty mom who has it all, with psychic powers to boot. What could have been a hackneyed stereotype became, in the hands of Arquette, a nuanced and moving portrait of a woman torn. She didn’t win back then, but this year she just might, with two astoundingly challenging real-life roles under her belt: abusive mom Dee Dee Blanchard in Hulu’s The Act, and dissatisfied prison worker-turned-criminal Joyce “Tilly” Mitchell in Showtime’s Escape at Dannemora.

Patricia Arquette can’t predict whether there’s a possible revival of Medium in her future. But she’s not ruling it out.
Arquette visited The Talk today and addressed rumors about the show’s potential return. The supernatural drama series originally aired on NBC for five seasons starting in 2005, then shifted to CBS for two more starting in 2009 and ending in January 2011.
In the show, Arquette played Allison DuBois, a medium consulting the Phoenix district attorney’s office while presiding over a family featuring three daughters who share her supernatural gift. The show was based on the real-life Allison DuBois, a medium who aided police in criminal investigations.
Regarding a Medium revival, Arquette said, “I haven’t been approached about one, and I know there has kind of been some talk online about that. I would definitely read it, I mean the writing was so great, and I love all those people.

The ladies of the Real Housewives franchise have had their fair share of run-ins with mediums, whether they were at dinner parties from hell (hi, Allison DuBois) or brought in to speak to Vicki Gunvalson's recently deceased mother (he was a medium, not a median), but none have been as eerily accurate as the medium on The Real Housewives of New York City. Carole Radziwill, Heather Thomson and Dorinda Medley traveled to the faraway land of Queens, New York to consult Sema, a Turkish coffee cup reader and when we say she was spot on we mean it. She was so on point that we can't help but wonder if the producers perhaps gave her any kind of info before the ladies got there. Check out the clip below. "Ok,...

As all 29 of our Oscars Experts predicted, Patricia Arquette won Best Supporting Actress for "Boyhood" on Sunday night. She filmed her role as the struggling mother of two children over the course of 12 years and swept the awards season with wins at the Golden Globes, Critics' Choice, SAG, and BAFTA Awards, in addition to prizes from the Los Angeles, New York, and National Society film critics. -Break- This was the first nomination for Arquette, who is a member of an acting dynasty that also includes her father Lewis Arquette, grandfather Cliff Arquette, and siblings Rosanna, David, and Alexis Arquette. She is the first in the family to win an Oscar, but this isn't her first brush with awards success. She won an Emmy in 2005 for her starring role as psychic crime-solver Allison DuBois in "Medium." She was the overwhelming favorite in this race with 1/10 odds, and she was also predicted by all seven Editors,...

Long (well, not really so long ago for some of these actors) before these actors were waking up to phone calls and texts from agents, managers, publicists, friends, etc., all congratulating them on their Oscar nomination, they were toiling away on TV. Yes, television! But the divide between movies and TV is shrinking and some of these actors, like Wild's Laura Dern in the beloved HBO series Enlightened, did some of their best work on the small screen. Check out some key and early TV roles for most of this year's lead and supporting actors in the 2015 Oscar race below! Patricia Arquette, Best Supporting Actress for Boyhood Who can forget Patricia Arquette as Allison DuBois, the psychic at the center of...

The conversation surrounding potential supporting actress nominees includes some names familiar to the Oscar race, such as Meryl Streep (Into the Woods), and some that could be nominated for the first time, such as Emma Stone (Birdman). The list of potential contenders also includes Patricia Arquette (Boyhood) and Rene Russo (Nightcrawler), two ladies that have flown under the radar since the 90s but could mark their return with first-time Oscar nominations.
Arquette’s role as the mother in Richard Linklater’s Boyhood, a film that chronicles 12 years in a young boy’s (played by Ellar Coltrane) life as he grows up in a divorced household, has been generating Oscar buzz since the film premiered at Sundance. Arquette was involved in a few projects during those 12 years of filming, which was possible due to the sporadic nature of shooting, only three to four days a year.

The CSI franchise is spawning yet another series, this time set in the FBI’s Cyber Crime Division in Quantico, Virginia. While there’s no official name yet for the new CBS show, there is a lead, as Medium and True Romance star Patricia Arquette is set to be front and center of a team tasked with solving crimes that “start in the mind, live online, and play out in the real world.” Arquette’s Medium, a supernatural procedural drama, aired on NBC from January 2005 to January 2011 and coincidentally ran directly against CBS’s CSI: Miami and, in later seasons, CSI: NY. Arquette won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for her fictionalized portrayal of real-life medium Allison DuBois in its first season on air. Her newest role as Special Agent Avery Ryan will put her in the driver’s seat like her fellow CSI counterparts William Petersen, David Caruso...

If you're a star on a Bravo show and you get invited to a group dinner, chances are you or someone you know will wind up storming out. On Wednesday (Feb. 12), the network counted down the ten most insane evenings to make the air on "Bravo's Top Ten Dinners From Hell."
And all your favorites were there: Tamra Barney's '80s Bunco party on "Real Housewives of Orange County," the night Camille Grammer invited medium (and all-around awful person) Allison Dubois to dinner on "Rhobh," the time Sheree Whitfield tugged on Kim Zolciak's wig on "Rhoa" and just about every dinner at which Golnesa "Gg" Gharachedaghi drank any alcohol on "Shahs of Sunset."
But, only one dinner could reign supreme as the No. 1 "Dinner From Hell." So, which took top honors? The table flip, of course. You remember the moment that catapulted "Real Housewives of New Jersey" and Teresa Giudice into legendary status.

When Nucky Thompson lets a woman enter his world of dirty politics and bootleg hooch, she usually ends up in his bed. Or dead. Or both. Is the Boardwalk Empire crime lord, played by Steve Buscemi, finally ready to move beyond prostitutes, showgirls and helpless hausfraus? He'll give it a shot with Sally Wheet, a no-baloney speakeasy owner from Tampa played by Patricia Arquette, who spent seven seasons — and won an Emmy — as crime-busting psychic Allison DuBois on Medium.

Though it's typically the faces in front of the camera that fans associate with a hit TV series, many of your favorite shows had some very famous people behind the scenes as well. From "Star Trek" to "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," legendary Emmy, Grammy and even Oscar winners helped create the shows that have become integral parts of TV history.
The tradition of big names producing signature shows continues this season with Rebel Wilson's "Super Fun Night" on ABC. Wilson is producing her American TV debut along with comedian Jeff Ross and Conan O'Brien and his Conaco Productions, who was behind "Andy Barker, P.I." and the short-lived NBC drama "Outlaw," starring Jimmy Smits.
O'Brien also co-created "Super Fun Night" with Wilson and had only the highest praises for her at the Television Critics Association Summer 2013 press tour earlier this month, comparing Wilson's character Kimmie to Lucille Ball and Tina Fey's iconic characters.

Monday's (Dec. 17) episode of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" resumed moments after last week's explosive ending, with Adrienne and Paul walking out of Kyle and Maurcio's party.
Alliances shifted as a result of Brandi's revelation of Adrienne's shocking secret. Kyle attacks Kim for telling Adrienne at the soiree, but Camille sides with Kim. Mauricio is furious with Brandi, defending his men-in-heels buddy, while Taylor, while not actually supporting Brandi, tries to steal the spotlight and paint herself as a terrified victim of Paul's aggression.
Ironically, Taylor also resurrects Camille's tea-party revelation about her abusive husband, the late Russell Armstrong -- not really comparable, considering that Taylor made no secret of her domestic violence, before Camille voiced it while the Bravo cameras were rolling.
Another mystery: Who is Brandi's escort to this party? He's kind of creepy.
Lisa, spared the fracas by her husband Ken's hip-replacement surgery, is exasperated by her demanding patient.

Spoiler alert: Do not read on if you haven't seen Season 3, Episode 7 of Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," titled "Oy, Faye!"
While Bravo shook up the third season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" with an epic, profanity-laced scream-fest last week, it seems as though the series returned to its previously sleepy ways. This is probably because Brandi's "bombshell" was still edited out of the entire show. Seriously, Bravo? You pull this with not one, but two episodes? I do not appreciate it.
Viewers returned to Brandi's war with Adrienne and Paul Maloof at Mauricio's windy rooftop party. We were reminded of Adrienne's whole Brandi "slept till 3:00 p.m. and left [her] kids alone" accusation, and witnessed a drawn out version of the Maloofs exiting the party.
After they left, the housewives avec Camille, but sans Lisa and Yolanda, were left to ride that drama wave for as long as possible.

A riddle: How can an upcoming Law & Order: Svu guest star be both a big name and also a Medium one?
Here’s how: Medium star Patricia Arquette will play a call girl on a November episode of the NBC procedural, TVLine has learned. Small-screen vet Anne Meara will play her mom.
In the episode – which also features guest star Jason Gedrick (Dexter) – an armed and dangerous man goes on a killing spree in New York City. Arquette’s character Jeannie is a prostitute with whom the murderer has a weekly appointment… and she’s nowhere to be found. The...

The Manic Pixie Dream Girl has seen many odious incarnations. Oh, not the girls themselves: you simply cannot hate them, they’re so cute and charming and quirky and funny and all-around loveably huggable and just so perfect. *squee* But you can hate the trope, which reduces women to paragons of helpful supportive adorableness who exist only to guide men through their essential life’s journeys. And I do hate the trope, which denies women their full fucked-up humanity and a need for their own journeys toward betterment or wisdom. Basically, until there are an equal number of Manic Pixie Dream Guys, I will keep complaining about this. Fantasy lovers who teach you Important Stuff about life, the universe, and everything and make you a better person and then disappear into the ether are awesome (well, except maybe for the disappearing part). It’s the fact that The Movies can...

"The Real Housewives" franchise is known for its wild dinner parties.Who can forget when New Jersey housewife Teresa Giudice flipped a table in Season 1, or when the Beverly Hills cast took on psychic Allison DuBois during the "dinner party from hell."But nothing could top the awkward encounter on "Real Housewives of New York City" Monday night. New housewife Aviva Drescher invited the rest of the girls to her Miami condo with the intention of setting up castmate Sonja Morgan with her "sex addict" dad George (her words, not ours).Watching George hit on the housewives makes Hugh Hefner look like a saint. Check out the randy retiree talking dirty -- in front of his own daughter -- below:Things got even More awkward when George "poked" Sonja at an art party. Granted, we think the sex-crazed senior was using his finger instead of another digit, but either way, we're creeped out.

Anyone else having déjà vu after Tuesday's (April 10) episode of "The Real Housewives of Orange County"? It surely made some fans at least a little nostalgic for "The Dinner Party from Hell" from Season 1 of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."
New O.C. Housewife Heather Dubrow decides to get the girls and their guys together for a bowling and "champs" (er, champagne) party, and Gretchen Rossi invites a guest -- Sarah Winchester. Sarah's stint at the party makes her out to be a rabble-rouser fueled by alcohol, which sounds a lot like someone else "Housewives" fans know -- electronic-cigarette-smoking Allison DuBois, who stirred up major drama among "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" when she was invited to Camille Grammer's pizza and (really strong) cocktail party in Season 1.
Vicki Gunvalson and boyfriend Brooks Ayers arrive at Heather's party, and everything's going swimmingly. Vicki even exchanges hugs and...

Camille Grammer confirmed that she is leaving "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and says it's the show's producers that are to blame -- sounds like her desire to keep her life out from under the microscope was part of the decision too.
"I can't say too much at this moment, but we couldn't get it worked out," Grammer tells Us Weekly.
"I love these girls. I really do," she says of fellow "Real Housewives" Kim and Kyle Richards, Taylor Armstrong, Lisa Vanderpump and Adrienne Maloof. "I've had so much fun with the franchise, but I guess the producers and I couldn't come to an agreement."
She adds that she would have "definitely" been back for another season had they been able to reach an agreement. However, based on what she said to E! Online, it sounds like that may not have been such a certainty in her mind.

With "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" reunion set to air Monday night on Bravo, Kyle Richards sat down for an interview with "Good Morning America" (weekdays, 7 a.m. Est on ABC) to talk about her sister Kim Richards' struggles with alcohol abuse, and just how stressful the reunions can be.
The segment started off with a preview clip from the show in which Kim admits that she's an alcoholic. Reflecting on her at times rocky relationship with her sister, Kyle told "Gma" that, "There was a lot of passive agressiveness going on between the two of us ... The limo fight ... there were things going on that the audience wasn't aware of. I had a lot of pain and built-up anger and frustration towards her and obviously she did towards me too. It was a vicious cycle," she explained.
Richards also discussed the psychological toll that the "Housewives" reunions take on the cast.

Their stated goal is to uphold the law of the land and put the bad guys behind bars, but every TV fan knows that our favorite small-screen cops, detectives, and agents — as well as their colleagues who semi-officially serve in crime-fighting capacities — have a duty to increase pulses and raise the temperatures of whatever rooms they enter.

Exclusive: Glenn Gordon Caron spent the past 7 years on a show about a woman whose visions helped people reconnect with their deceased love ones. Now the Medium creator is taking on a hourlong project about a woman who helps people reconnect with love ones they have lost touch with. The CBS TV Studios-produced drama, which was bought by CBS, hails from James Mangold and Cathy Konrad's company Treeline, which has signed a two-year overall deal with CBS Studios. It centers on an Erin Brockovich-type woman from Queens who searches for her own identity while reuniting others. Like Medium, which was based on the experience of psychic Allison DuBois, the new project too is inspired by a real person, licensed New Jersey investigator Pamela Slaton who solves unique missing persons’ cases. The untitled drama is a longtime passion project for Konrad. Years ago, she enlisted the help of Slaton...
