Ok, the episode was interesting. It was good to see Mary telling off those who neglected her. And her new look is awesome. Also, Alice and Poison Ivy together can be a lot of fun.
But it was not believable that Mary, who was genuinely good, suddenly decided to go for the dark path with the killer of her mom. It simply made no sense for her character to do that.
Besides, there was a lot of silly things.
Ryan could have denounced Marquis for killing her guard and hurting Luke, and they could have made a case that she was forced to sign whatever he wanted to protect Luke and herself. They could have at least tried.
The tough. Responsible Sophie and the even tougher Montoya, who forced her to babysit Alice, decided it wouldn't be a problem with leaving Alice alone for a night. Not mount of passion explains that in character.
Then when Ryan goes to give the cure to Mary, she could have told her that she exchanged the whole Wayne Enterprises for the cure. At least that way Mary would have known she really cared for her. Perhaps it wouldn't have been enough anyway, but at least Ryan should have tried that instead of becoming all bossy and "I will save you".
A transfusion would not have been enough to ruin the nanobots in the worst case, it would have dilute them,
Lastly, why the Poison Ivy infection affected Mary? I thought the desert rose on her blood make her immune to pretty much anything. And they even mentioned it in this episode.
I am actually sad about Mary becoming a villain, I loved her character as it was and I only wanted the other characters to care more for her.
