"Next time I see you, only one of us walks away"

Warning: Spoilers
Brutal, extremely bloody episode. Dialogue and chemistry between Fisk and Castle is umbelievable. Prison scenes Steal the show and I can't wait punisher season two. Hopefully Fisk and Castle meet again.

NY finest is the episode that got you considering in your mind a Punisher show. Penny and Dime made you think how great it would be. This episode solidified your idea.

Blood on red and white

Warning: Spoilers
In a strange way, the mid way point of the season feels like the actual continuation from last season, at least as far as the villain is concerned. Wilson Fisk returns in an inferior and less glamorous state, although he is still determined to reclaim his glory with tight budget. His path crosses with Frank Castle simply because they have mutual interest on a particular inmate.

Vincent D'Onofrio is missed, the oddly suave character is very different than Punisher. This clash of attribute what makes the meeting between the two interesting. Frank is the no-nonsense kind of guy, he's brash and has some profanity in his vocabulary, while Fisk is the opposite, hiding his true intention with charm and distracting words like a mask.

Frank also engages in wonderfully brutal melee at the prison. This scene feels different as it happens in more lit area compared to usual alley, hallway or nocturnal outdoor. It still presents a bone-crushing action in all of its glory. On the other hand, Daredevil also engages in one-on-one scuffle with mystic enemy. If Frank's is a show of force, than this duel is more of an acrobatic display.

This is probably the lowest Daredevil has been in, he's exhausted mentally and physically, almost in the same identical manner and from the same caliber of foe from last season. He also slowly discovers the plan of the shady organization, which turns the series into slight horror with its mysticism and torture. They really ramp up the amount of blood this time.

Case Not Closed

Well, Fisk made his memorable return this week as he set up Punisher to take care of one of his in prison issues in exchange for a man who could lead Frank to more information on his family's murders. Using the first 10 minutes of the episode to catch us up on how Fisk is doing in prison was nice and it definitely felt like the right time. With that said, this episode was mostly used to show the audience that every character is inching ever closer to where they want to be.

Fisk has apparently built a following in the prison enough to get guards to release Frank Castle all together. I would assume we will eventually see Fisk return as the main "big bad", but seeing him in a supporting role and pulling the strings from inside a cell was fitting. Castle had the moment of the episode when killing a dozen or so inmates with mostly just his fists. That's somebody you don't mess with. So ultimately, it was a short stint for Punisher in prison and I'm assuming it will stay that way for the remainder of the season.

It also seems as if it's the end of Nelson and Murdock's law firm (for now). Matt pushed Foggy away and vice versa for the same old reasons and I can't help but agree with the decision. Right now, Matt needs to focus on fighting off the Hand and what they have cooking up in those warehouse basements. It also seems as though the team of Elektra and Daredevil has come to a close for the time being.

Overall, it was nice seeing each of the characters creep closer to their goals. I like seeing Karen look further into the mysterious Frank Castle situation and Daredevil digging further into the Hand. Just as I'm getting closer and closer into the finale as well.

+Everyone is progressing

+Fisk gathering followers

+Brutal Punisher brawl

+What's going on with the Hand?

One of the best this season

Warning: Spoilers
This was the episode of the second season of this series, where the thought "It's happening, now it has begun" came to my mind. It was after seeing the huge twist on Wilson Fisk's intentions, and The Punisher taking down all the prisoners in cell block A, that the season got my full 100% attention. This episode we get to see the dramatic heading of the "Nelson & Murdock" firm, and the friendship of Matthew and Foggy drastically falling apart. It's an episode that serves well as the climax of the whole "2nd season action" that has happened, and is still to come. After we see Frank Castle's future plans with the villain Wilson Fisk, and see him released desperate to seek revenge for the death of his family, it's only left to discover where his path will cross Daredevil's. In the last minutes of the episode, a huge cliffhanger containing new information for the new plot line with Stick and Elektra is given to the viewer. I mark this episode with a "9", because of all its great aspects, and not only give it a "10" because of the still very vague reasons of Fisk when releasing The Punisher. I look forward to the next episode, on which the public will eventually discover, if there is, or not, a way of bringing people back to life.

Chapter starring Fisk and Frank. Incredible confrontation.

The punisher is the best of this season by far! He bathed in blood and then fought Fisk, what more can we ask for? Great character.

I wasn't expecting Wilson to throw hands like that, I mean wow that was both cool and insane. The writers don't get enough credit, the little details , Wilson fisk brings a different feel to the show. Raw and desperate in his emotions. The man haunts me.

The best yet

Warning: Spoilers
Absolutely the best episode of the entire series thus far. The prison scenes are phenomenal and the action top-tier. Both Bernthal and D'Onofrio are outstanding here. The 'street' scenes are slightly less good, but the actors have meat to work with and there's a ton of conflict.

Full of Thrills and Surprises! [9/10]

Warning: Spoilers
Live Reaction / Review for Daredevil Season 2 Episode 9: Episode 8 was good but I hope that Elektra will just leave Matt alone, she has ruined season 2 for me. Nice that we see Wilson's ''prison life'' in this episode. More relationship drama with Elektra, so tired of it. ''Goodbye Elektra'' says Matt, now please leave! Ok, so it seems like Wilson wants Frank to kill someone in the prison, interesting. The relationship between Matt and Foggy is completely falling apart. So Frank killed the guy like he promised but the whole thing was a trap? Damn.

Some sick fight scenes with Frank, love it. I miss Ben, he was such an awesome character. Having both Frank and Wilson in prison, I couldn't have asked for more. Oh boy Wilson can fight, its a showdown. So these japanese villains need blood but for what? That's the question. Lol, Wilson casually eating his food next to his enemy who is dying. Frank is free? What? Damn. Matt is taking a serious beating. Wait is the guy that Matt is fighting Nobu? How did he survive? What an amazing episode, full of thrills and surprises. My rating is 9/10.
