great story. i know i am repetitive but i cant help if more than one movie has a great story. in my opinion the most important aspect of a movie is the director (totally underrated by most and in most movies) then the story and dialogue then the acting. of course all play a crucial part and besides the story cuba gooding jr and laurence fishburne are great in this.

classic story modernized. normally i hate remakes/stealing from old movies (avatar for one[sorry to the millions of people who love that movie]) but this was really well done. nicolas cage has one of the best performances of his career. the story only improves on everything it stole from, making it in my opinion better. and the ending really touched me.
